I've been there twice so far. Each of those times, the food was excellent and well prepared. The staff were all friendly and courteous. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the entire restaurant. It's a shame I don't really drink. Otherwise, I was going to have a drink at their bar. If you go, have a drink for me.

Went here for my bday and we had a great experience. The waitress Connie was super nice and a perfect server! Thank you Connie.... atmosphere was typical 80s Picas UD style and that's why I came! I love the old school Italian neighborhood vibe..... food was amazing as usual and portions huge for the price. Would definitely come back! Plenty of parking in lot... kid friendly- very nice to my son.

Picas is 1 of the best Italian restaurant in Pennsylvania they don't treat you different from anyone else no matter what you look like or dress and because of how great they treat you they only attract great people to come visit for dinner so its a win win experience but most importantly their food is excellent so please people don't go to olive garden go here and experience what I've experienced every single time periodParking: Parking is convenientWheelchair accessibility: Great
