This place has totally gone downhill!! We ordered a pizza that had undercooked dough, disgusting sauce, and burnt cheese…the owner offered to put the amount of the order on a tab, which does nothing for me as I will never order from them again!! Don’t order from them!!!

We used to be frequent customers, but they have gotten so bad! They changed the pizza we love, and I just paid $10 for a disgusting corned beef special - bread so stale, it's cracking, hardly any cold slaw, dressing or corned beef. It's so awful. We will never order from them again!

We used to order from here once a week, but NO MORE! Today, my husband was feeling nostalgic for their pizza we used to love, so we ordered a large pie and a corned beef special for me. The pizza is nothing like it used to be - the sauce is terrible. The corned beef special was $10, and the bread was so stale it was breaking, they folded a couple of pieces of corned beef around a tiny bit of cole slaw, and the tiny bit of dressing was completely absorbed by the stale bread! It was so awful! I took one bite and shoved it back into the bag. I have never not eaten a corned beef sandwich. We will never return, and I suggest that you patronize one of the other places in the area. Overpriced and awful!

The pizza is really greasy and the owner can be rude sometimes. Sometimes it's a hit or miss. Their strombolis are good and I like some of their Greek Salads but the pizza has a lot to be desired.

Cheesesteak was pretty good service was fast I did not enter the establishment because my boyfriend picked it up so I am not too sure about the ambience but when I ride past it looks like your standard pizza shop. I was irritated because they didn't put ketchup on my fries like I asked and didn't give any packs of ketchup as I did not have any in the house.

Prices are through the roof considering the quality of the food is less than mediocre… use to love their cheesy bread! Just got it today and it’s 1/4 the size, has maybe an oz and a half of cheese… and COST MORE THEN IT USE TO!!!! On top of the outrageous charges of credit card fee, delivery fee, fee fee, one more dollar fee.

I ordered from Pizza Odyssey for a few years until they screwed up our orders 3 times in a row. Took a year off from ordering from them. Tried again today, ordered the Turkey Bacon Ranch wrap. Wrap came with 2 slices of turkey..2. Amazing! They charged $11 and gave me 2 pieces. Pizza Odyssey has really declined in quality, accuracy of order and care for the customer. Buyer Beware.
