Just ordered from Uber Eats and my order was messed up of course!! Did not recieve 3 items. Yall are not checking the items before sending them out! Ask yourself why do you have a low rating. This and most likely other issues have created it. Never ever again. Not reliable. And it probably trickles down from management. Check on polices and procedures!

I purchased a 12 pc family meal with a large coleslaw, large mashed potatoes w/gravy, and a large side of fries for a pickup. I received 10 pasta of chicken, all spicy, large coleslaw, and large fries. Using help online was no help because there's no response from an actual person. Calling this establishment there was no answer and I was cheated after paying $46 dollars. That's like corporate theft with no means of resolution. I'm so angry and disappointed. I will be doing a review on tic-toc very soon. #Ripoff

My sister ordered me a chicken sandwich meal from here and the chicken sandwich (that I had already been eating) had a roach in it. We took it back and got a refund but they were being very discreet about that as not alarm any other customers in the store.

I ordered chicken on the app and customized my pieces of chicken they gave me what they wanted 1 breast 1 thigh 2 small legs 1 wing when I complained at the drive thru window Cashier stated oh I don’t make the chicken Horrible response for the price of a five piece chicken 😩

This Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen has good staff members that put in effort into their work. When I showed up to pick up some to go food, there was 3 employees working on to go orders and placing orders. The staff was definitely trying when they were on a busy lunch rush on a Thursday. Keep up the good work trying to push out those food orders 👍

Ordered food via Uber eats. The driver stole my order. Five different other drivers went there to pick up my new order and the restaurant refused to make it again. The restaurant also refused to answer their phone. They refused to call Uber and tell them what happened. They did not help me whatsoever. I lost my entire evening to dealing with this and I'm very disappointed.

I’ve given this place multiple chances, but unfortunately, their food just doesn’t sit well with me. No matter what I order, it always upsets my stomach. I see why their store is mostly empty these days.

The quality has also been disappointing; more breading than actual meat, especially with the flounder, which was thin and lacked substance. The Tackle Box was slightly better, but the shrimp was overcooked. Overall, the portions and preparation don’t justify another visit. This will be my last time ordering from this establishment and company name overall!

Dirty nasty lazy and unprofessional. Every single last one except the tall brown lady with glasses. She’s the only one who brings good energy in there. I will never come to this location again.

I’ve never been to Popeyes but this one used to be a BK

Was great. Easy to order. Food was hot and delicious. Well packaged. Looked and tasted phenomenal. Went back a couple days later. Same experience. This was during dinner rush. Still food was the same. On point

Parking: Limited spaces at the restaurant. But there a strip mall and grocery store right next to it with plenty of free parking. Community lot. Clean. Easy access
