If you wanna explore authentic Bangladeshi food with the authentic taste, especially if you are from Chittagong, then this is the place for you.
I would recommend calling Rubel bhai (The owner) before you go. It would give you heads up on the items.
The owner was really humble, cordial and welcoming with a smile on his face always. We had an authentic ‘Chittagonian’ experience there.
I also felt, the price was reasonable. We took two fish items (one hilsha and one rohu), two singara, one dal, two mashed dry fish items (shutki vorta) but it still cost us around $30 only (for two persons). Additionally, he made us taste two extra items just to taste it which we didn’t order at all!
A must try place!

A perfect Bangladeshi hAlal store with varieties of food! Its a small family owned local business, but very customer friendly and maintains the best taste. Loved everything I’ve tried including vorta, Biriany, kolija Singara, daal. Fantastic store with many parking around. Worth my three hours drive to Philly!

Probably the first Bangladeshi Deli in Philadelphia. Offers Variety of Bangladeshi home cooked food. Prices are great. The owner is very courteous. During Ramadan iftar items are available too. Their shami kebab is a must try!

Tried this place many times, they cook the food in old oil and do not refrigerate to proper temperature before cooking. If you like food poisoning then this is the place to go.
