I’m there now at 1:40pm on Sunday 7/21/24 and have been standing at the window for 12 minutes and it appears that they are open, but no one inside? Very bizarre.

This location is so unprofessional. Yes, I know that kids work here for the summer but the other locations have kids working there too and their service is not bad. They can’t listen to take an order, rush through and steady talk to their friends when they stop by as they are taking your order. Its waterice. Just listen and you will get the order right.

Worst experience ever taking legal matters. Kid named Ahmad hit me after asking for the manager. He then proceeded to unzip his pants and urine on my water ice. He even pulled out a gun threatening to shoot me if I didn’t leave. Me and my child are still shaken

A worker by the name of kayla was violating the code of conduct and disrespecting her customers and spitting in the water ice and didn’t even give me my cheese pretzel. Go somewhere else if you want water ice.

Completely horrible service, kid named Ahmad slapped me for asking for water ice. And this kid named Kayla said she hates me such harmful words

This location needs to shut down and get it together! They have these teenage girls who are very respectful working and using calculators to add up totals, because their credit card machines aren’t working! And it smells like it’s a few dead animals in there! Where is L & I when you need them!

Closed early 40 minutes before scheduled time and sat inside, refusing to serve customers.

I really wish I could have gave 0 stars. The water ice was really watery with bits of paper in it. I will never return. The customer service was awful. I purchased a quart of water ice that I was unable to eat. The pieces of paper was disgusting. This was a terrible experience.

Horrible costumer service & very unorganized.. I waited in line with my daughter & godson for maybe 10 min. There was 2 lines going, I was on the right side. The guy on the left side went ahead of us in the right lane bc he was there first and was next in line so then the left side opens up so I go next. I get up to the cashier and she plantely says in front of everyone “Yeah just so you know that was rude” I then say I’m sorry what ? How was that rude I went in line as I should’ve like everyone else was. Meanwhile I have 2 kids with me very excited for their ice cream.. so she proceeds to take these 2 young girls behind me instead of me and my kids. Which is very rude and disrespectful.. so then I’m basically arguing with the employee, her name is Tiffany btw and the 2 young girls that were in the left lane now because the worker is piping them up like I really was rude for going up next. The worst experience I ever had ever! I was so upset. Then while all this is happening my daughter was wining bc we had to wait an extra several minutes some other girl that was in line looked my daughter up and down and rolled her eyes as if she was bothering her! I had to get out of line at that point & go home! This facility needs better staff, customer service, and maybe a new location in Upper Darby bc Barclay square ain’t it. I will never return back to this Rita’s nor give them my hardworking money!

Rolled up at 8:40 and the girl had already closed....Twenty mins early. Looked like they had closed earlier too.
