The "concrete" desert I just got didn't even fill the mall cup despite being $6+. Lines are crazy long in the evening to the point that cars have difficulty navigating the parking lot. Line extends straight out into the single lane space between parking spots so just not a great design lol

RITAs used to have bits of fruit in their Italian ice. I was old enough when Ritas started popping up, they were the best! The Italian ice used to be so much more flavorful and delicious. The lemon or cherry isn't even flavorful anymore. So dissatisfied and disappointed in the loss of flavor. I understand that making a larger menu and different ice cream flavors and toppings to make it pretty for girls & boys boost sales, but quality over quantity is tested and true time...

Very quick. A long line quickly formed behind us as my family was ordering. We sat on the benches there to enjoy our treats and I watched how the Rita's team "knock out" the line with ease. Many flavors of custard and water ice to choose from. They were busy and efficient! People left happy, including us. ?
