For you to charge me $21 for cold food that I witnessed you microwave is mad. It taste like spicy dish water. You said its really $26 but you’re giving me a discount haha… It would be different if it actually tasted good but it was disgusting ? . Just ghetto

My husband and I and his friend went there last night for an event to see my Son-in-law perform. The place was nice the seating was great but when it came to get our drinks it was trash! They had no beer. Bottom shelf liquor. The only good liquor you could get if u only bought a bottle service. Who is paying 150 bucks for skyy Vodka when the scene wasn’t even jumpin. You guys need to do better. Also there was no toilet paper and when the owner was told about it nothing was fixed. I for sure won’t be back there. It’s a shame cause it has potential

Sa cafe needs to do better. 70% of the time, I have received poor prepared meals from this restaurant. Tonight I ordered goat pepper soup and after waiting for an hour, I received oil pepper soup instead. This is terrible and pretty annoying.

When this place first opened it was a go-to of mine..Now it's expensive to get into (cover charge), the drinks are watered down immensely. The cups are small. The prices for the drinks are outrageous for that description. The music is usually great and the food restaurant above is exquisite, but the hookah and drink part... Is a shame. Especially for the location. They need to do better.

I’ve been to this establishment A little over three times so I believe that I can write a well rounded review. The first time was on a weekday after work ,I had absolutely great service and the food was great. The second time the service was meh And the food was OK. They brought out the pepper soup and it got cold while I waited for the pounded yam Which took almost 30 minutes to come out. I wasn’t happy about this. The last time that I went , I got the goat meat which had a strange smell to it since I got it to go I opted not to eat it so that I could not get sick. If I ever return to this restaurant it will be strictly on the weekdays and I will opt out the goat meat.

I had a terrible experience with the owner who was extremely rude and misleading. After speaking to her twice on the phone and confirming that she had certain items in stock, i placed an order only to be informed hours later but the doordash driver that she didn't have the items i ordered. They wanted me to let them keep the money and they'll add the items to my order next time i place one which ??? makes no sense ?? finally when i got it cancelled an replaced the order, it arrived and was completely wrong! i called the owner back and i'm pretty sure she was at church because there was extremely loud gospel music playing in the background and she didn't want to move to a quieter space or give the the number for someone who was actually at the restaurant. I told her the items were wrong and she was like "What do you want me to do about it?" and i told her that i'd like the missing items i ordered and she told me that i have to send someone to pick it up! If i COULD have done that then i wouldn't have freaking ordered delivery in the first place!! I asked if she could send someone, she said no, and was getting so agitated and snappy with me, shouting, making snide comments until finally she was like "how are you going to solve this?" i said "YOU tell ME. You're the one who messed up my order" and she was like "And so??"Finally i just had to take a deep breath and laugh to myself to keep from having a breakdown. This food was ordered for a family reunion and we don't see each other often so it was very important and it was placed HOURS advance so they could have called to let us know things were out of stock at any point during the day. Mind you, this order was over $200. Anyway, still working with doordash to get a refund. I will NEVER be ordering from this place again and if you value your peace of mind, you shouldn't either.Also, the pounded yam was lumpy.

Terrible customer service you guys need to fix your door dash and stop misleading your customers I don’t care about the extra five dollars it’s the fact I would have to deliver the food I waited over an hour for, very very rude customer service
