Order take out from Ginza pretty regularly. Tonight we put in an order and an hour later got a message that our order was canceled due to the restaurant being out of a menu item. No phone call, no option to substitute. Sad to go, but I won't be ordering from Ginza anymore.

Working on Saturday, just wanted to pick something easy up. Got the Teriyaki chicken bento and it was great! No complaints, loved the teriyaki flavor & would try it or another one again. The price reflected the amount of food I got so I’m satisfied.
We love Ginza! We order all their time both their Sushi and Hibachi. All their food is fantastic!

I never leave bad reviews, especially for local places but I am very disappointed with the quality of food. There was a piece of plastic in my sushi, it resembled a pimple patch but was hard like a contact lens. The crab rangoon was cold and super greasy. Used to be a favorite but I don’t see myself returning anytime soon.
It is not a dine in place, and it feels a little weird to pick up food because the door is locked and they bring it out to you. However the food itself was absolutely delicious and fresh. A new favorite

The food was good. The fried rice could’ve been a little better but it was good and I would’ve preferred if they didn’t put the filet mignon in a sweet teriyaki sauce. Overall it was good and the meat was very tender. I ordered from Grubhub.
Ordered from here on DoorDash food was 10/10 🙌🏾 definitely recommend giving them a try.
