We got a hot wheels themed cake for our son’s 4th birthday. We picked it up that morning and didn’t realize until we put it out at the start of the party that they put a 3 instead of a 4 on it by mistake. My wife emailed them thinking they would give us like a coupon or discount off a future purchase or something at most. They literally replied back and said they would send someone to our house during the party to fix it. Not even 20 minutes later they were here at our house and fixed it mid party. Would absolutely use them again just for that alone, the cake tasted great and looked amazing.

Ok. So this is so late...but I ordered a Spiderman Birthday cake for my great nephew. He turned three. I ordered a few months in advance. The entire process ftom beginning to end was so stress free! The cake I recd looked better than the pic. Eternally greatful and lifelong customer

I've had many cakes here & when they're good they're amazing. Recently for Thanksgiving I got amazing pies & cupcakes.... but 3 out of the dozen I received were good. 9 cupcakes tasted freezer burned. & one was a really dense biscuit type cupcake? & I asked for vanilla ... so I was definitely confused & a little disappointed. It's a shame bc the caramel apple pie cupcake was absolutely amazing & I really wish I had gotten a dozen of just those.
