We got a hot wheels themed cake for our son’s 4th birthday. We picked it up that morning and didn’t realize until we put it out at the start of the party that they put a 3 instead of a 4 on it by mistake. My wife emailed them thinking they would give us like a coupon or discount off a future purchase or something at most. They literally replied back and said they would send someone to our house during the party to fix it. Not even 20 minutes later they were here at our house...
Ok. So this is so late...but I ordered a Spiderman Birthday cake for my great nephew. He turned three. I ordered a few months in advance. The entire process ftom beginning to end was so stress free! The cake I recd looked better than the pic. Eternally greatful and lifelong customer
