Wow. This Starbucks is gross. They don’t clean any surfaces. Whole facility needs a deep clean. Every visible corner is covered in filth.

This is probably the worst Starbucks ever. Everyone always has an attitude & it’s disappointing.I ordered a venti drink & they gave me a grande by mistake which you know mistakes happens, it’s fine. When I said something they didn’t even apologize they just took the GRANDE CUP poured the drink inside into a VENTI CUP FILLED IT WITH ICE & MORE COLD FOAM. Ummm WHAT? no thanks. Save your money & go elsewhere.

Service is really good, just sad there isn’t any indoor seating anymore. I haven’t been to this one in awhile so maybe there hasn’t been for awhile, but was disappointed when I saw there was no indoor seating anymore

I barely come here anymore, the Starbucks is very close and convenient to me when I don’t feel like driving far. Often times the drinks take 10-15 minutes to make when the place is basically vacant?? Today was my final straw when I walked in and wasn’t greeted. I approached the counter to order and two people ahead of me were waiting to place an order. After 10 minutes went by I still wasn’t greeted and no one acknowledged I was even there?? They all kept continuing to making drinks and still refused to acknowledge me as a soon to be paying customer! After 10 minutes I left and drove another 10 minutes to the Starbucks in havertown which was the same level of crowdedness and only took 3 minutes to get my food and drink. I highly suggest they close this Starbucks or get a new staff. It was very rude of the employees to treat me that way. This happens often too.

The drink I ordered had the consistency of mud. I don’t know how you have FIVE employees working and the average drink order takes 10 minutes and people who came in and ordered afterwards get their drinks first. Not mobile orders. In line order. Seriously the worst service ever. Never called my name for my beverage and the manager is sitting on the floor behind the counter.

Overall.... Starbucks is going downhill. At this location, there's no more indoor seating. AT ALL!! The service is slow as molasses. There can be 5 or six employees behind the counter, and they still will have a crowd of people waiting for their orders. AND it always looks junkie behind the counter. Starbucks is really falling apart.

When I first started coming here it was great. But slowly but surely they have gotten horrible especially the last few weeks it's been the same experience either you wait long or your food is messed up or both. I'm writing this post because I went here this morning and it was my last straw and not only did I receive the wrong drink but they acted like it wasn't a big deal. The barista was like "oh I did that oh no I didn't he did" like it was a game on who messed up my drink as if I was a joke. I come here before work and I'm here for at least 20 mins. The wait here is long so not only are you waiting long but when you get your drink it's wrong. There's always a new person you never seen before working and there is like one barista that makes the drinks well. The music be extremely loud and they got rid of the chairs so it's no where to sit. This was my go to Starbucks but I'm really sad after today I will no longer be going here. Please don't waste your time if you want that good Starbucks experience. You won't get that here.

I went before work thinking it would be a quick trip boy was I wrong I waited in there for 45 minutes and when I asked about my order I was rudely answered by a worker informing me my order hasn’t even been started I missed my meeting at work all for a drink I payed for and never got .I will never return to the condemned
