I ordered from DoorDash and after work, I drove all the way there and showed them the hoagie that had dry bread and no ingredients inside. Both young employees started talking nonsense like we’ll toast it for you. I didn’t ask for either hoagie to be toasted. After telling me the bread was fine, I asked for an adult to speak to. They called the manager and after a long conversation in Indian, he agreed to make me a new hoagie. While both speaking Indian to each other the whole time. I came home to eat it and the bread was the same.

The soda machine was out of Diet Coke so I asked the man if he could change the syrup or let me exchange it for a bottle soda. I never argue with service workers but he was being unreasonable and said he couldn’t refund me because the cup is wet? I had to explain to him that the empty cup is not worth anything and that I will be taking a bottle soda since I paid $3 and they don’t have the soda I want.

The two Indian girls and one both all three were so rude they didn’t make my order I came from my shift they are so arrogant and don’t even know English. The two girls started to ignore me when I entered and they start gossip about me and laughing . This was the most terrible situation for me . I want owner to change the staff and hire some good team . The guy who made my order put wrong sauces 😭😭. Those two girls were so 😪. Atleast respect customer and ask them politely about orders .

If I could, I would give them a 0, but there's not one for me to fill in. This restaurant's customer service, is horrible. The staff is rude and Brenda is the worst if you go there. Beware, they owe me $52 from a order that was delivered to my job Opened. DoorDash refunded them and they're holding on to my money.... Again....the Worst Subway ever DON'T EAT HERE
