The two Indian girls and one both all three were so rude they didn’t make my order I came from my shift they are so arrogant and don’t even know English. The two girls started to ignore me when I entered and they start gossip about me and laughing . This was the most terrible situation for me . I want owner to change the staff and hire some good team . The guy who made my order put wrong sauces 😭😭. Those two girls were so 😪. Atleast respect customer and ask them politely about orders .

If I could, I would give them a 0, but there's not one for me to fill in. This restaurant's customer service, is horrible. The staff is rude and Brenda is the worst if you go there. Beware, they owe me $52 from a order that was delivered to my job Opened. DoorDash refunded them and they're holding on to my money.... Again....the Worst Subway ever DON'T EAT HERE

Not gonna lie starting to feel like all the foreigners have made an alliance and treat people based off a buddy system.And I’m noticing this place and Rite Aid are still keeping Covid restrictions on Bathroom use even for the Paying customer…also Dunkin Donuts gives these vibes too. I haven’t ate here but really wouldn’t want to. I rather a Poppy Store Sub instead of the glitz and glamour of these places with someone to play in my food and my face.

I placed an order directly through the Subway app. I never received the order, nobody answers the phone at the store. The voicemail is full and online customer service ia a joke. I have numerous communications which claim they are looking into it but they never do. I never got my money back and they don’t care. Poor customer service. I would give it a zero rating if i could. Don’t waste your time or money ordering from here.

They should change or remove their phone number if they have no intention of picking up the phone. 9/10 times I call, they never pick up. Doesn’t matter what day or time. This location is run by Punjabis, so you’d think they would train their staff to be more hospitable, but no, they are very rude to customers and have racist undertones. For example, I was in the store a few months ago and there was an African lady that was paying for her order at the register. I recall her asking for a drink before paying, and then she paid, but the cashier didn’t give her a cup. So the lady stood there waiting for a cup, and then she spoke up saying she wants her drink? And the cashier refused and said that her order doesn’t come with a drink. Would it really have been that hard for the cashier to say “oh sorry, I didn’t hear you wanted a drink so I didn’t ring it up. That’ll be $x.” The cashier’s attitude made it awkward not only for the customer, but for me as a witness. I even spoke up about it to the lady that was making my sandwich, and she said “She (the customer) does this all the time. We just ignore it.” You’d think as a fellow immigrant, the workers would be more kind to the other customer due to language barriers.Also, as with other reviews, I agree this location shows a lot of attitude for the most basic things. Oh you want extra cheese? Attitude. Oh you want your meat heated up first? Attitude. You want sauce on the sandwich first? Attitutde. I always leave a tip, but after this behavior I wonder if I should even bother leaving a tip.Furthermore, they need to fix how their stuff shows on Doordash. It’s dumb that we can’t specify if we need less or extra of certain ingredients.

This is more about Subway hoagies in general. $13 for a roast beef hoagie with about 6 slices a meat is ridiculous! I love the fresh bread and vegetables. They never put the mayo on the roll first like I ask is a issue. I appreciate the new later hours.
