Quality of food is not good. This place use to have an amazing taste. Ordered a wing combo and the rice was bland and soft while the wings were extremely salty. Very disappointing.

I can't believe I paid that much money for this I ordered bourbon chicken The noodles and chicken will dry it was like they took one small slip of chicken and cut it down to a lot of little pieces I had to dig through the noodles to find a small pieces of chicken and there was hardly no sauce on there oodles of noodles would have been better I am so disappointed in this place for a small they charge me $9 I threw the rest away do not disappoint yourself stay away please

Just recently I ordered the teriyaki chicken over the rice and my chicken was undercooked. I reached out to the managers and they will not compensate me. They won’t even apologize for it.
They made lies saying that they reached out to me and I never received any phone calls from them. I ask to speak with a manger multiple times the same night and I was told he left for the day, after he lied and said he call me. One thing for sure, they will not take any accountability for their mistakes and will not try to compensate you. That’s all my fault for continuing to support their business. I suggest too newcomers to find a different restaurant if you really want true authentic Japanese food. Their customer service is very poor. I will be following a complaint with the Better Business Bureau since they want to play games

PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! I came in on a Friday night so excited because I wanted a shrimp and broccoli and I ate here before so I had high hopes. The women seems like something is wrong with her very nasty and rude to be expected that was nothing new but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. When I got my food it was horrible no sauce you can tell she didn’t use oil and made it nasty on purpose. It was very dry no sauce no oil just steamed broccoli no shrimp and lots of rice. I’m so disappointed because it was 10+$ I didn’t go back or complain. I didn’t even eat it was a waste of money. Please save your money and trip to this place def not going back here. You’ve been warned.

This Chinese place is awful. No price foe terriyaki shirmp on the menu. So we ordered one teriyaki beef and one teriyaki shrimp. We asked for brown rice they didn’t have so we got fried rice. Portions was ok for the money. Two plates almost cost $40 with tax. Totally 8 piece of shrimp and 70% cabbage on both meal with uncooked fried rice. We had Singapore moi fun with shrimp and chicken which cost almost $15. You need high powers glassed to find chicken in moi fun . Taste awfull tons of termaric makes it yellow witn so salt or spice. Absolutely garbage. That was our first and last time to visit this chinese place. Be watch out and be aware about the price before you order it .

It’s currently 10/24/24, I ordered a garlic beef and two shrimp rolls for delivery. The delivery driver never arrived after over two hours of waiting. I tried calling back the store but the machine said they were closed(which was weird because it was 3pm). I ended up coming to the restaurant to get my food and it was locked up with a note on the door. This restaurant took my money and kept the food.
