I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of food I received. I ordered a single with cheese, but what I got was completely unsatisfactory. The burger was drenched in mayonnaise and lacked basic condiments like ketchup or mustard. This is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this establishment. Frankly, I believe a refund is warranted for this experience.

Super slow wait times
There always missing stuff when ordering from them also food was cold
Half the time this Wendy’s is understaffed, but the other times the workers are rude. They have probably 3 good workers, and sometimes the staff is not willing to compromise with certain orders especially for people with allergies.

They took forever and also had us pull over in a parking lot and wait 20 minutes for chicken nuggets 🤦🏽♀️

This is the worst location I have ever visited. They never have what I ordered and because the order was placed on the app they claim they can’t give me my money back. I have contacted live chat who claims that because it is a franchise they have received my money and they are unable to process refund. So bottom line is they are keeping my money and have not fulfilled my order. What a way to start my day. Never again.

The drive-through service, particularly at the second window between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., consistently exhibits poor service and unprofessional conduct. I have experienced two separate instances where the same employee, likely a teenager, displayed a confrontational attitude towards me without any discernible reason at all. This employee has a concerning attitude problem. He attempted to expedite my order prematurely, despite the fact that he hadn’t even provided me with my drink. The manager on one occasion even had to intervene and provided me with two free breakfast cards. It is imperative that this location undertakes serious training of its employees to instill basic human decency, thereby preventing future conflicts and potentially even causing harm. There is no justification for an employee’s behavior of acting in such a manner and I will be promptly spend my money elsewhere.
