THE FIRST WINDOW WAS CLOSWD THE WINDOW GIRL FORGKR MY STRAWS NO NAPKINS AND ON TOP OF ALL OF THAT MY ORDER WAS STILL MESSED UP WHEN I FINALLY RECEIVED IT NO WAY THIS IS FAST FOOD I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING TK THIS LOCATION A HALF HOUR FOR FAST FOOD IS INSANE

This Wendy’s is the worst I’ve ever been to. They usually get my order wrong by leaving out things and I go inside to get it, but this time was a new low. I ordered a baconator and got a Dave’s single, and in the biggie bag I ordered, they left out the fries, and give me spicy nuggets when I didn’t ask for spicy.
Never going to this Wendy’s again. Awful service.

I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of food I received. I ordered a single with cheese, but what I got was completely unsatisfactory. The burger was drenched in mayonnaise and lacked basic condiments like ketchup or mustard. This is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this establishment. Frankly, I believe a refund is warranted for this experience.
