The food is disgusting. One time I went they forgot my whole french fry. Another time I went they put mayonnaise on my food after I asked them not to and I don’t realize until I get all the way home nine times out of 10 a person doesn’t live in that area they’re only visiting for the shopping And we get gypped by not getting our complete orders or not getting what we asked for. I’m tired of spending money and not being able to get my food.

Food is correct mostly. Occasional error. Would appreciate a bit better customer service during rush hours or faster wait times, during rush hour. They are good when staffed, slow when understaffed.

I came here a few weeks ago just to order a soda since I was in the area. The service was ok but it definitely could’ve been better, the one lady that worked there was giving customers and UberEats drivers an attitude which was unprofessional and uncalled for.

Unfortunately with a scale, your biggie bags on door dash keep showing up like this. Received 3 nuggets again. Less than filled fries and a marinated burger that looks like it’s been sitting in a heat lamp and not made fresh. Missing my add-on, must I go on. Overall the food quality is poor and thrown together. Now weeks have gone by since ordering and speaking with the manager Rei. Looks like nothing has changed.
Please people, Stop ordering from this location. They have tons of workers and everyone appears as if they are working but in fact they are not. Close this location or hire a whole new crew.
