I go to Wingstop every week for lunch religiously, the Louisiana Rub shouldn't be a thick sauce but that's how they served it. It was too spicy, tasted bad and they gave the wrong dip. Fries were over done. I switched to a different wingstop slightly further to avoid a disappointing lunch.

Never had a problem at any wingstop location always culture appropriate music playing and good vibes,anytime I doordahs or uber orders are normal, and if 'm dashing never a problem,conformable whenever I go.

I’m writing this review to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had at one of your locations. I came in with the intention of ordering the Full Course Flavor Feast, but the employee at the register, whose name on the receipt was listed as Damon, claimed to have no knowledge of the item and said he was unable to place the order. This was disappointing, but I chose to proceed with a simpler option and ordered the 10-piece wing combo instead.

However, what turned a minor inconvenience into a frustrating experience was the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior displayed by Damon throughout my visit. While the two employees in the back were clearly working hard and staying focused on preparing food, Damon spent most of his time sitting down, using his phone, and ignoring incoming customers. On multiple occasions, the back-of-house staff had to prompt him to put his phone away and actually attend to guests at the counter.

Even when he did take orders, he was distracted—talking on the phone and simultaneously using a laptop at a nearby table. This led to confusion for myself and other customers trying to place our orders, as it was unclear whether he was even paying attention to us. This lack of professionalism and disregard for basic customer service made me feel extremely uncomfortable and disrespected, despite my own efforts to remain courteous and patient. Below is a picture of the person that made me feel this way.

I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously. As someone who genuinely enjoys Wingstop’s food, I expect a much higher level of service, and this experience did not meet even the most basic standards.

I'm actually writing this review based on my daughter's experience because I'm the one who took her to get her food, and I was with her as she enjoyed every bit 😉 and I tasted the fries... they were really good and I loved that they salted!!! It is hectic getting into that small parking lot to get to them 🙃 you would do better just parking on 69th St.... lol

First of all CEO do you not see all the negative reviews. I will be calling because this is out of control. I called in and told 10min by someone who couldn’t spell or count. I made it through that only to get there and have to wait because the person who took the call did something wrong I suppose after they had a conversation. I was told it’s coming up in 5. It was more than that.
I paid for 8 and got 6. The fries were burned and they put extra extra flavoring because I asked for extra. This is not the first bad experience here but I gave the benefit of the doubt with young folks but now this is ridiculous. Serious quality improvement needed there with all the breaks outside maybe food wouldn’t burn and people wait. Lose this site in this location. Not worth the complaints and bad service for the brand. Just saying.

I don’t know who’s cooking tonight on this day January 7th, 2025 !! All my wings were undercooked !! Gushy light pink meat 😡😡!! Majority of my fries were frozen this store fell off bad I used to love ordering from here !! Forgot my ranch also 🙄!!

Worst place ever. It’s always hit or miss when you order. Today I ordered the family pack with 8 boneless & 16 classic. They gave me all boneless with all 3 flavors in the same container stacked on top of each other, with one being plain. I listened to unedited rap music about oral sex on the overhead speakers while I waited an extra 20 minutes for them to mess my order up. & the manager was unapologetic & hesitant to refund me after I didn’t want to wait longer for them to fix it.

This was my first bad experience with this place. My son ordered us food because it was rainy and I was tired. When the order arrived, it was missing my drink and carrot sticks, which I really enjoy with the ranch dressing. I called and was told the driver left without picking up the rest of my order, and I could come in and get it. I did so I THE RAIN, and asked to speak to the manager. I was ignored for 10 mins while the manager refused to look at me. After speaking with him, he promised to partially refund my money as a courtesy, but he never did. Poor service and even worse customer service on his behalf.
