Worst place ever. It’s always hit or miss when you order. Today I ordered the family pack with 8 boneless & 16 classic. They gave me all boneless with all 3 flavors in the same container stacked on top of each other, with one being plain. I listened to unedited rap music about oral sex on the overhead speakers while I waited an extra 20 minutes for them to mess my order up. & the manager was unapologetic & hesitant to refund me after I didn’t want to wait longer for them to fix it.

This was my first bad experience with this place. My son ordered us food because it was rainy and I was tired. When the order arrived, it was missing my drink and carrot sticks, which I really enjoy with the ranch dressing. I called and was told the driver left without picking up the rest of my order, and I could come in and get it. I did so I THE RAIN, and asked to speak to the manager. I was ignored for 10 mins while the manager refused to look at me. After speaking with him, he promised to partially refund my money as a courtesy, but he never did. Poor service and even worse customer service on his behalf.

Horrible ghetto place do not waste your time! Ordered food on door dash , that took them 50 mins to deliver ( although 5 mins away) Received the wrong order, was told by Wingstop to come get it. Once we arrived, the ghetto manger said, she wasnt sure if it was their mistake or Doordash, therefore she will not be honoring what the worker told us over the phone. So I wasted my time, driving up there after NOT receiving my food & wasting my money. Also upon arrival this location was blasting the explicit version of Ludacris "lick you from your head to your toes", it felt like I was in a club. Again go Any where eles but here.

Order off of Uber eats got a 10 peace it came out to 27$ which is ridiculous. The wings were so small the food tasted so bad and the fries were burn. They were all black and charcoaled. The wings were supposed to be well done but they were hard. I can’t get over how small they were they were bite sized. It’s ridiculous that I paid for burnt fries and bites sized wings.
They need to start checking ID on credit card charges. Someone got hold of my card and used it here. I live in California!! Never been to Pennsylvania!,

I order on on 07/04 , waited two hours for my food two drivers was sent to get my food they ended up closing , I called and went to the store on 07/05 for my refund they said the general manger wasn’t in he stepped out but they toook my information never returned the call , I call on 07/06 , they said the manger will be in at 330.i call 330 no one answering the phone when usually they answer. I’m beyond annoyed at this point is pant over 60.00 with them I JUST WANT MY MONEY !

My food was so salty chicken and fries I'm a heart patient I tried takin off the skin but nope couldn't eat it I was scared it would send me to the hospital. Literally but the lady was so nice she deserves a raise
