Thought I'd give this Burger King a try, as it's been a while since my last visit. I ordered a Maple Bacon Whopper, and got what I can only describe as charcoal on top of my burger. Who in their right mind can look at that "bacon" and serve it to a customer?? I'd rather eat my shoe than come back here again, and given the price of my meal, it'd certainly be more economical.

I went up there at 7:00 p.m. waited six cars deep in the Drive-Thru because the inside of the store was closed. I had kind of an extensive order I paid for my food none of the people at the drive-thru window seemed to know what I ordered. I picked up my food and drove home. On returning home I saw that day shorted me a Whopper Junior and a large fry. Sent someone in my family's food did not come home with me I had to go back to the Burger King and wait again and six or seven cars deep drive through to get my food. They assured me they made me a fresh Whopper Junior and fries, they did not they totally lied to me. The fries were cold and soggy and the Whopper Jr my son said did not taste fresh. The whole staff should be fired and they should start from scratch the people that work here are complete idiots maybe you should choose a different Burger King or maybe just go to McDonald's

This the most horrible fast food restaurant i have been to lately. Both locations in Pottstown PA make you wait at the first wi dow through drive thru until they make your food then they call you forward just to try and keep their numbers down. This evening I stopped because my daughter asked for it as a treat and once again issues. Five employees working on a broken frosty machine instead of making g orders and assisting customers in the lobby. My order was to be ready at 807pm at 821 I lost my cool as I was still waiting because as I stated everyone was working on the frosty machine. This has given me an awful taste in my mouth for burger King as it used to be my favorite burger joint. Now I choose to no longer go there as management and corporate refuse to stop the nonsense and help their business. If things don't change I can see them losing alot more business well!

The drive thru is ridiculous you have to wait extra time to order at the speaker, and then are told to wait again until your waved up to the pick up window it’s crazy and I hate coming to this location because of it I will go elsewhere

Always love their food, but today after we got home we discovered they had not given us my wife's order, it was the classic rookie mistake on my part with not checking the bag as my fat azz was distracted by the fries!!!!!

Don’t bother using the drive through, not only is it ungodly slow, if you’re in the second lane you’ll be lucky if they even take your order.

Sat in the drive through line for almost 30 minutes. When i got to the 1st window u pay at I asked if I could add an item to my order and the man told me "no" ..no explanation or sorry that can't be done right now, just "no" Then to make this experience even more creepy, after paying he told me "now wait right here until I say you can go to the next window" where I sat there for another 10 minutes while the man stared. If I hadn't just paid and the store wasn't open for customers to come inside, I would've left right away. The experience has made me never want to return to that store ever again. I'll drive the extra 5 minutes to high street where I had to drive that night because adding one item to my order was an impossible task for one grumpy creepy old man.

I drove up to this drive through at about 2:50pm and was told one second. Which is fine, so I waited 2:56 hits I go “hello” once again told hold on. Waited till 3:05pm 15 minutes later still no one took my order. No cars in front of me. Absolutely horrible. You call this fast food? This is now happened multiple times. Guess I’m a McDonald’s guy now
