This is a family friendly fastfood restaurant. Kids are welcome and they have cardboard crowns for the kids but no playarea. The atmosphere is nice, low key, basic fastfood restaurant. The staff is friendly, attentive, and accommodating.
Always love their food, but today after we got home we discovered they had not given us my wife's order, it was the classic rookie mistake on my part with not checking the bag as my fat azz was distracted by the fries!!!!!
One of the best run fast food restaurants in Pottstown, second to DQ. Always fresh and hot. Employees are not always welcoming but they get the job done and rarely forget an item. The manager was rude to me when picking up for Uber Eats a few times when I asked for extra napkins or ketchup and one time was very rude when I had an order to pick up and I drove around and knocked on the window, they had closed 15 minutes early and wouldn't make the food. I lost money on that...
