Always love their food, but today after we got home we discovered they had not given us my wife's order, it was the classic rookie mistake on my part with not checking the bag as my fat azz was distracted by the fries!!!!!
One of the best run fast food restaurants in Pottstown, second to DQ. Always fresh and hot. Employees are not always welcoming but they get the job done and rarely forget an item. The manager was rude to me when picking up for Uber Eats a few times when I asked for extra napkins or ketchup and one time was very rude when I had an order to pick up and I drove around and knocked on the window, they had closed 15 minutes early and wouldn't make the food. I lost money on that...
I do not ever eat Burger King because I worked as a cleaner in the area and the back of every single one is disgusting and the service is usually the worst of all the fast food places. This BK seems to be exempt from the company policies that hold BK back because this was one of the cleanest stores I've been in, not just BK but all FF places, and the service matched. It's the only BK I'll go to now.
