Great service by Lori! Very knowledgeable about the menu and helped us decide. Food was great along with the feature drinksDubai espresso martini, snowman drink and the delicious feature dessert out of the collection. Will be visiting again real soon

BJs has been a family favorite for years, and we often expect it to be busy. Yesterday, our waitress was on top of it at the beginning of our meal, but by the end, she was nowhere to be found for quite some time. On top of this, our food was disappointing. The new app sampler had dry, flavorless sliders and cold mozzarella sticks. And the asian chopped salad that I usually get was hardly edible. The pizzookie, while good, took at least a half hour to come to the table, and this was after waiting a long time to order it, and before waiting a long time for our check. Someone at our table wanted to order another drink before we left, but when our waitress finally returned, she had already brought our bill. We just had a bit of a disappointing experience last night. It might be a bit before we return.

The service was not very friendly. No personal contact when delivering food. They were out of what we ordered and it took them awhile to let us know that we needed to change our order. When food was delivered it was stacked on top of each other and sort of tossed toward us. No eye contact and when asked for something the server just walked away with no acknowledgement. The one meal the meat was raw in the center and when waitress was told she got her manager who too the dish back and over about 10 minutes while the rest of the table was eating their food. Finally the same dish with the cut up food was brought back to the table. No fresh potato or veg. and the meat was cooked. The table was not cleared of dirty used dishes until we asked for them to be removed. This was a very disappointing experience to say the least.

My server tonight was Taylor. She did a great job and knew evrey beer on tap, and gave great recommendations! Me and my fiancé had great time and the food was very very good.

Great meal. But the best was our server, Alyssa. Confident, professional, personable, and so helpful and knowledgeable! Took the time to explain ingredients of particular items when we asked, and made personal recommendations when we asked. What a pleasure!

A little noisy, good food and service however I was overcharged on my card. I ordered classic cheeseburger with glass of water and the cookie with one scoop of vanilla ice cream and was charged $27.28 for lunch. I left a tip in cash on the table. So burger was 14.99 and one scoop of ice cream and a cookie was 13.00??? The waitress said 2.99. What happened? Not inclined to return.
