Food was lukewarm at best. Always freezing regardless of the season. Thank goodness for our waitress to offer to warm up the food. Used to be our go to restaurant but going to have to find another one.

Very good experience. Heather, our server, was excellent, even on a very busy night. Food was good, except ribs were a little tough. The price was great, we had a couple of the specials. Don't expect quiet though, it gets quite noisy in there. But the value was outstanding.

This is my first time at a BJ’s restaurant, ordered my steak, medium rare. It came out. Well done wasn’t offered to be fixed. Had to ask for it to be taken off my tab. My daughter didn’t eat her pasta. My son’s macaroni and cheese Was dry and inedible, all four of us left most of our food in our plates with no offer to make things right so we just paid our bill tipped our server and left and will not be returning likely

It's been years since I've been in. Tonight was my mom’s birthday and Heather J took care of us. She was absolutely phenomenal and very attentive! She took care of all of our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! Thank you, Heather J!

Overpriced substandard food. Chicken parm over $20 and no side? One and done. Never going back. Didn’t offer a lunch menu.

Ordered the basic burger with fries. Tasted good. Service at the bar was attentive. Atmosphere was pleasant. They have several large TVs at the bar. The Panthers were playing tonight. There were advertised specials for food everyday and drinks on weekdays.

I love the food! And I had a waiter named Kieshan and he was very charismatic and entertaining. He spent a lot of time with us and made the meal very special!

Their “Join the Waitlist” system online is either useless or requires an unfair level of gamesmanship. Should I be “Joining the Waitlist” 30min before I leave? 5min? The morning of my intended visit? We watched multiple people with our party size be seated earlier despite joining the waitlist before leaving and having them arrive after us. It’s terribly unclear what you have to do to get sat in a reasonable amount of time

I ordered 2 steak wedge salads and asked for well done steak-no pink. Both salads were delivered with pink bloody steaks. I told the waitress and she was like that is how its done. We also ordered a chicken salad with mo corn and it was full of corn. VERY disappointed for $80 meal

The entire time I was eating the burger I couldn't shake the feeling that a mcdouble was better. The service was not good.

Been here 3 times in the last 18 minths. Problems everytime. Great atmosphere. Server was just OK. Food came out late and incorrect. Manager couldnt comp the check correctly. Ended up here for an hour and 40 minutes and never ate anything but my house salad and still had to pay a $60 check for food that was less than par.. We will never be back.

Great food as always!! Loved the fact that the servers could wear PJ's to work on Christmas Eve!
