Ordered delivery, my boyfriend is missing his entire entree, so had to get a refund and get it delivered again, super annoying. Got a burger for myself, ordered it medium-well, the entire thing is completely burnt and tastes awful. Extremely disappointing considering how pricey the menu items are. Most likely will not be ordering again

The server was excellent, the old fashion very good. My burger was absolutely horrible and absolutely burned. The server was kind enough to take it off the bill. Do better guys. Your place isn't cheap

Food was terrible, asked for steak medium and came out beyond well done. It was the consistency of beef jerkey, grilled chicken was bland and cold. Asparagus was dry as molasses. Wouldn't recommend the worst food experience I've had in a long time.

This is the first time I'm so disappointed about one of my favorite restaurants. We got the worst waitress ever. Adele. She never got the water we asked just the normal drinks (we ordered truly) food was over 1 hour ... wings were just like warm.. like seriously if you guys don't want to work after 9pm just close the place. Workers maybe just want to go hike I guess ...since i got the worst service ever. I'm not coming back again.

We had an incredible dining experience at BJ’s Restaurant in South Hills! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everything was spot on from start to finish. A huge shoutout to our waitress, Heather, who went above and beyond to make our visit perfect. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed with a smile. It’s rare to find service this good—Heather truly made our night. We’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

Maddie M was a great waitress. Super attentive and friendly. Food was GREAT. Appetizers - chip trio and avocado egg rolls. Entrees: mahi mahi tacos, pizza, two burgers and two pizzookies 🙌🏻

Good place for a birthday get-together. It's always busy so best to make a reservation. Lots of menu options. Everything has been good, will try something new next time! Nice beer selection.. I recommend the nutty brunette.
