Excellent food, friendly staff!
We had a very nice dinner at Bonefish Grill on the way to Pittsburgh for a concert. The trout and filet mignon were perfectly cooked and served very quickly as the waitress was helping to ensure that we had plenty of tune to get to the city. The restaurant was not very crowded at 4:30 on a Friday evening, but started much busier at 5:00.
Very good first experience.
Really good Bang Bang shrimp.. & cocktails.. Mules are really good
Beautiful day Sat outside. Waitress and staff were friendly and fast. Switched it up and just stuck with the bread, apps and yummy cold fresh ceaser salad. Filled me up perfectly. Bang bang, calamari and cauliflower đđ˝
The shrimp tacos are off the charts
Great waitstaff.

This was my first time eating at Bonefish Grill, and I must say, the experience was elevated by our outstanding waiter, Roei, and the lovely manager, Shelby. From the moment we were seated, Roeiâs warm and attentive service made us feel right at home. He took the time to explain the menu in detail and made an excellent recommendation â the Chilean sea bass.
The dish was nothing short of spectacular. The fish was perfectly cooked, with a delicate texture and just the right amount of seasoning. Roeiâs suggestion was spot-on, and it truly made the meal unforgettable. His enthusiasm for the food, paired with his professionalism and genuine care for our dining experience, made this meal one of the best Iâve had in a long time.
To top it off, Shelby, the manager, stopped by our table to check in on us after we wrote the original review. Her bubbly personality and warm demeanor made us feel like VIPs. Itâs clear she takes great pride in her team and the guest experience.
If youâre lucky enough to be served by Roei and greeted by Shelby, youâre in for a treat, both in terms of food and service. Highly recommend!

Beautiful atmosphere (although a little noisy) and great seafood. Iâm from Florida, so I know my seafood. The poke, bique special, and scallops and shrimp are wonderful. The bang bang shrimp is a little too mayo-like and not spicy enough for me, but everyone I know loves it. On the poke, I was able to get broccoli instead of the bed of rice, which was perfect for high protein and low carb.

Just had a lunch for my daughterâs baptism at the Bonefish on Fort Couch Road â it was a fantastic experience thanks to the awesome staff! Marie and all the servers who worked with us were so friendly and accommodating, and patient, as we are a chatty group and itâs sometimes a challenge to wrangle orders from us. They even cut, served, and packed up all the leftovers of the baptism cake we brought with us. It was a beautiful afternoon and we are so appreciative of the great service.

Felt the food was a little different than the last one I ate at in Savannah Ga. Still really good wish they had a fruit option for the kids.

Very mediocre, lukewarm food that is way overpriced. $150 for 2 adults and 1 teen on Wednesday evening. My family and I dine out often and this place was so not worth it. Bread and oil was the best part of the meal.

Our experience Saturday was outstanding. We made a reservation and just had to wait a few minutes for our table. Carly was our server and hands down the best service we have ever had in a long time anywhere! She was knowledgeable, personable and prompt. Our food was cooked perfectly. Filet med-rare seems to be something most restaurants can't get right but this was done perfectly! Oscar Mahi Special was excellent as well. We really enjoyed our service and food!

I recently dined at Bonefish and it was one of the worst dining experiences Iâve ever had. From the start, the server was rude, and the managerâs attitude made things even worse. Rather than addressing our concerns constructively, she seemed more interested in arguing.
My plate arrived missing one of the sides, and my husbandâs drink didnât arrive until we called someone over. When our food finally came, my chicken looked unappetizing, and my husbandâs fish was cold and lacked any juiciness.
At one point, the manager offered us a free appetizer as a consolation, but honestly, I didnât come to a restaurant expecting âcharity.â Iâm happy to pay for good food and service, but thatâs not what we received.
Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant. The disappointing service, poor food quality, and unprofessional management left us extremely frustrated. I hope they take this feedback to improve.
