I ordered from the kiosk, took my pager and sat down to wait.. When my order was done my pager went off and I picked up the food at the window. The Fry's was cold and greasy.. The burger was dry and had no barbecue on it. I thought I ordered it on the side but nothing came with it. I would have ask the employees but they seem to be very unsociable. I think that is what the restaurant is designed for..This is the second location I have been in and both seems to be lacking interaction (customer service) ..

Went in hungry, left crying.
Went in, no line, asked how the cashier was doing and ordered my usual: Chicken and avocado build your own. + tea
Total was 20.30 ish so I handed her $21
She figured out how to open the drawer (ten minutes later) grabbed the receipt, threw it in the trash (without even asking me if I wanted it). Closed the drawer. And asked me what kind of lettuce I wanted. I said “can I have a receipt and my change ?” SHE PROCEEDED TO GRAB THE RECEIPT OUT OF THE TRASH. This is all on camera. I said “not the one in the trash”
She gets the manager. He got my change and receipt. She proceeded to make my salad. I like apples. They had no apples. So I kindly asked “do you guys have any apples in the back?” And she went to check for 5 minutes. Came back and said no. So I asked for a refund. I guess you need the manager for that too. So the manager came up and asked why I wanted the refund and he said “I’ll just go chop some up for you really quickly. (So she lied..)
We continued to put the rest of the ingredients in my salad while waiting for the apples. Proceed to get my dressing as well. As we’re waiting, she started wiping down the metal counter of food scraps and debris with her gloves on and throws it in the trash. (Fair, might as well be productive as we’re waiting.) But, proceeds to not change her gloves. And not only that, SHE STARTED LITERALLY PLAYING WITH MY FOOD AS IF IT WAS SLIME WITH HER HANDS. (They have utensils to mix the salad, they do not mix it with their hands EVER).
At this point I am sick. I hate complaining, it makes me anxious. I ask to talk to the manager about the situation and explained asking if I could have it remade by ANYONE else. He didn’t seem very concerned, just said “yes I understand and I’ll talk to her”.
Got my salad remade, asked for apples again because they had not yet brought them to the front. And the next guy said he’ll just put the other ingredients in while we wait. So we did exactly that again. And guess what, NO APPLES FOR ME :)
I have genuinely never had a worse experience with food in my entire life. Ever. I was so uncomfortable and couldn’t even believe what I was seeing right in front of me. Who pays over $20 for a salad and a drink to be almost food poisoned in front of their eyes and not even an apology? I feel sick to my stomach and would never treat one of my customers like this.

First if you are paying cash and not using the kiosk you will get ignored. Sometimes the burger is cooked sometimes. Not. The managers just watch expo and don't wait on customers. And the excuse of not having workers is a lie because you'll see 5 people standing around doing nothing.

I'm bummed out with the kiosk being the only option to order. I like to talk to someone about the menu before I order. It makes it feel like a robot. Eating out is a treat for most people and please add the human touch back to the ordering process.
Well I will start out by saying everyone is super nice, the portion sizes are big and the food is delicious. I had issues though with my order. I specifically said no bacon and I got bacon. I don't eat pork, if I didn't notice it in my salad I could have eaten it. Thank goodness I'm not allergic. I also got cold fries and had to get them made again.
The fries are a little salty but still a good flavor and crunchy! The salad was super yummy once it was fixed. And I got the Autumn Fall Apple and Pear with the Apple Cider Vinegar instead of what it comes with which is the poppyseed.
All in all it was good and I will be back. The prices are great and everyone is friendly!

I work next door to Hello Bistro and have eaten there regularly for 4 years. The food has always been good and the salads are always super fresh. I ordered 2 salads today and they normally come with the protein on them (chick ceasar and salmon thai) but today they were on the menu as an added option for additional money. The salad is already over $11 each and now they want $1.50 more for chicken? That used to come on it. Also, no more grilled cheese sandwiches. The self ordering thing they've got going now too is a bit weird. It's almost like being forced on you to order there vs 10 feet further with a real live human. I'll be bringing a salad with me from now on. Too bad, so convenient.

It's ok but they need better options for salads. Mozzarella is Mozzarella balls instead of shaved; to me is lazy. I also hate the fact that I ordered online for pickup just to get there & have to pack it myself & today my dressing was missing. They need a bag checker if they're gonna do something lazy like this and it was no where near busy. The containers are too small for the salads so I can never really enjoy it because it never mixes well. The chickpeas aren't grilled, just straight outta a can...like I said, it's not bad but PA & OH has trash food with little diverse options to even compare so it's amazing if you're from the area, a 4.5 if you're from a major city with great food.
