The salad was lacking. Didn't even fill the bowl. The delivery was awful took forever. And the app took away the tracking. Definitely wasted 45 dollars on a salad and burger.
Stay away if you are a vegetarian! I ordered from uber eats, so that probably contributed. But, I specifically ordered ‘no protein’ on my wrap and it was stuffed with chicken. I have my receipt it does specifically say no protein. I’m so upset, I’ve been a vegetarian since I was 12. Uber eats will not refund me. Hello Bistro says that is Uber eats responsibility. I would definitely avoid Hello Bistro!

Salads are always made exactly what I order. Service is kind and fast. Music tends to be loud, but otherwise we enjoy going to Hello Bistro!

This is a better version of Panera bread with plenty of healthy options. They have many quality choices available for every different type of person. The prices are good for the amount that you get. I just wish there were more locations so I could try out their menu more often.

The food is excellent, great quality. The service at this location is unfortunately not that great. The managers are very kind, though. Multiple occasions my husband and I have gone to an associate, and we have been met with rudeness. Like we are the biggest nuisance you’ve ever seen. I get it, customer service is tough, but don’t take that out on the customers that are actually decent people. Food is amazing though.

The fresh salads here are amazing!! It is owned by Eat n Park, so i was also able to get a cup of their delicious soup as well!!
You can order at kiosks, so you can take your time choosing exactly what you want. Then, you can see it being made right in front of you!! The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. It is a perfect place to have some quiet time by yourself or to catch up with a friend

What a surprise. A progressive bistro for sure. Not only do you step into the future of eateries, but your choice of the many options offered there will surprise you as well. I had what might be called the Avocado hamburger, my granddaughter, a wrap that will go unnamed because i paid attention to only my burger.
Seating indoors or out, music playing, not to loud, the experience was pleasant. The only thing missing for me was the lack of contact with the staff. I miss the short conversation that can be had. Other than that it was great. We say n talked while the food was enjoyable. I will return.

They messed up our order not once but twice!!! I have a gluten allergy and they kept giving me burgers with regular buns. They said the cook called off. After waiting there for almost an hour an a half I just left without being able to eat. It’s a shame because the food can be really good here but the kitchen is horrible they need to hire competent employees.

Hard to find a good, nutritional salad delivered in the South Hills of the Burgh. Iceberg lettuce is typically the go-to “green” 😕. Build Your Own at Hello Bistro sounded perfect! I loaded my salad with a bunch of veggies and asked for the avocado on the side because I knew the salad would be too big to eat in one sitting and the avocado would not do well if left in the salad overnight. I did wonder how it would be portioned, but it made sense to me that proportion size per topping would be a standard measure. Meaning that the salad would be larger the more you added and the more you paid for. Not how it works. Every salad entree is the same size no matter how many extras you buy and the portions of what you choose will be the same price, no matter what, but they will be reduced to the amount that fits in a one-size-only container. I did not get everything I ordered on the salad plus the avocado came mixed into the salad, not on the side, as ordered, so I had to portion all of the avocado into what I could eat tonight and the portions of everything I did get were reduced to what would fit into the one-size-fits-all container. I’d love to see how much of each you get if you just order iceberg and chicken. Their logic seems to dictate that I would have gotten a lot more “greens” and chicken than I did.
