Wasn't used to picking up order in a cubby, wondered, then employee pointed out to me. Got a partial refund, at least.

Went for a lighter lunch but the allergen menu was deceptive. It says the fries are peanut free but they are cooked in peanut oil. They didn't offer a substitute for the kids meal. Also they had drinks on the kiosk that weren't actually available.

You order through a kiosk and take a pager. When it goes off, your food is waiting for you on a rack. No employee ever said, “Hello,” or acknowledged us in any way.Our wraps were terribly constructed and fell apart, leaving us with soggy tortillas in hand and essentially a salad on paper. What we could actually eat tasted good and the fries were good. I liked the selection of Boylan flavors in the soda machine.

I love their patty melts, but for max taste get it from the server, not the pickup shelf or the grilled sourdough will get soggy from the steam. Also enjoy the salads to go, but be wary, as great as they are, some are way higher in calories than you would expect. They don't include nuitrition facts on their online menu (THEY SHOULD).

Good food! Upscale Eat n Park with a made to order salad bar that a server makes to your liking! This is a better choice than an open salad bar that all the utensils are handled by many!

My wife gets her nails done a few doors up. We decided to get lunch when she was done. The restaurant is spotless and bright and inviting. Ordering is very easy and everything is made fresh. They have a good variety of drinks my favorite being a fountain dispenser that has options such as Cream Soda, Black Cherry, Birch Beer ( a personal favorite) the food is very tasty. I would recommend giving them a try.

I have places to go orders from several times. This was one my family's favorite places to go up until yesterday . We ordered a salad and a burger . I was severely disappointed there was a warm or something in the salad some sort of bug was in it . And we literally just opened it and put the dressing on it . Then my burger was triple and about 80 percent of it was raw. I use to love this place like I said but after my experience yesterday I am sad to say we will not be gone back , I tried to call several times a got know answer what so ever that could have been that my phone does not have great signal while I am at home . Anyhow I just think it's one thing to have a raw burger that I could have felt with because I just throw it in the skillet and cooked it up , however having bugs in my salad I cannot deal with . It's like this place has went down hill .

I think this is such a great place for a quick grab and go salad. It has saved me on several occasions...That being said, I find it really unpleasant to repeatedly find hair in my food. This is now the second time I've found short black hairs (yes multiple) in my salads. The first time it happened I thought it was a fluke, this time I'm not super happy.

Took the kiddos into hello bistro for a quick weekend snack. We were blown away by how friendly staff was! Love to see the staff be so kind to my kiddos!!! Mama and Papa had salads and the kiddos got grilled cheese! Loved the classic boylan sodas. Cream soda was simply divine. Comfortable seating!
