We ordered from here a few years ago and received full bags of popcorn and now we just ordered again this past weekend, and now they only give you a quarter of the bag that doesn’t even fill up the baskets that they sell for the bulk popcorn. When called to complain to the manager, all he could tell me was that they were trained to give out that much. Very upset customer and do not expect to go back there.
The timing on Google and on their website is all wrong. We reached at 7:25 today (Oct 5, 2023) and the girl told that they were closed. Either it’s management who does not bother about having correct details posted or it’s the staff. Anyways, daughter had to leave disappointed but luckily for us everything at the mall was open.

I purchased 3 huge bags of popcorn and 200 paper bags for a graduation party. I packed the bags late at night and when I woke up the next day the popcorn was terrible. The grease and flavoring from the popcorn left marks on the bag, which wasn't a big deal. The popcorn was very stale. It was in my air-conditioned house, so I know that the heat had nothing to do with it being stale. Someone had mentioned that they didn't give me the correct bags that I paid for. I'm not sure if this is true or not. They didn't have a lining in them they were just regular paper bags. I spent about $150 on these and had to pitch them.
Popcorn is great but the person serving made me feel that I’m interrupting her counting money and rolled her eyes when asked for a bag. Not happy with the service. Please hire people that can provide better customer service.

Had to call for the young lady’s attention twice before she acknowledged us. Was sitting on her phone and didn’t look up once.
BUGS IN POPCORN!!!We were waiting and figuring out what popcorn we want. And my sister says there was something moving in the popcorn. And we look down and saw bugs!!!!!
I go up to get some and the lady puts up the sign be right with as I walk up...what kind of business is that?Not cool at all....you lost a customer...I can't help it if ur one person...not good customer service! PERIOD!
