Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Understaffed and poorly trained - if this was a stand alone restaurant that did not benefit from the masses of customers who come to this movie theater and shopping center, they would have gone out of business a long time ago.
I have been to many Red Robins restaurants in my life and this experience was a rough one… the bartender, Maggie, was completely overwhelmed by even the basic tasks; we had to ask for simple things like napkins, silverware and water multiple times. She never wrote any of the orders down so all the patrons at the bar were constantly missing items. She kept forgetting items that customers asked for, it was so frustrating. It became comical because we were all (bar customers) joking amongst us about the terrible experience. All of our burgers came overcooked which is a kitchen staff issue - not looking at or caring about the temperature the customer requested… you’re a burger place, you should be able to get the temperature of the meat correctly. Luckily the manager was there and was kind enough to remove an appetizer from our check for the bad experience. I think she had to go save the kitchen after that because the bar continued to drown for the rest of our time there… they didn’t even have clean beer glasses which made the wait time even longer
I’d avoid this place if you’re looking to enjoy a decent meal and good customer service.

No children are allowed in the bar area. Yet,they seated about a 6 year old child in the booth next to us. So why post no children in the bar area when they seat children there?

Disappointed that the island heat wings no longer come with jalepenos slices and pineapple chunks. This decision should be reconsidered. The food quality at this location has continued to decline

This restaurant is alright. Nothing too amazing. The food is great for the most part, but also really overpriced. The staff are super friendly, but they are understaffed. I waited over 20 minutes for someone to attend to me as I wanted to order some desserts. No one came to me, so I self-checked out on the portable kiosks, that they have on the tables, and walked out.

Update 10/24/24: I'm dropping two stars off of this review because I ordered my chicken sandwich as I often do and was charged $2.29 to "add" grilled onions. Keep in mind, I asked to "substitute" the already included fried onions for grilled onions and at no point was there a mention of an additional charge, much less one that would cover the cost of a bushel of onions.

Original: The chicken sandwich and fries were very good if, a bit messy, and Zack, the bartender who waited on me, was extremely attentive and courteous. Not much more you can ask for or expect from a Red Robin. I'll be coming back.

We stopped in here before a movie at the AMC across the street. Honestly, it's the only reason we come to Red Robin. The restaurant is clean and has plenty of tvs. The service was ok, no complaints. Some of the items on the menu were unavailable. The lava queso burger was ok, I wouldn't order it again. It was messy and a lot. The onion rings were good. Convenient location if you need a quick bite before or after a movie.

Went here on a Friday before my son’s football game. Ordered food immediately with drink order because we wanted to get to the game on time. After 45 minutes, food still hadn’t arrived and we were told we were still 3rd or 4th in line to get our food. I get kitchens can get backed up, but before we were seated, or at least when we ordered, someone should have notified us that we were going to wait a long time for our food. We had to leave without eating and we could have gotten food elsewhere had they been up front about the delay.

We told our waitress we needed to leave and she told us to wait for the manager to waive our bill for the drinks, but we waited another 10 minutes and no one came. We left enough money on the table to cover our drinks and an appropriate tip for the waitress and left.

I was in the mood for some bottomless drinks and fries so i headed to Red Robin with some friends. Cheeseburger with fries and bbq wings. The sweet potato fries are drizzled with honey and the pizza was also dizzled in honey. The only thing i would say is the honey on the pizza was alot but still good. Oh and the pizza i ordered is on the appetizer list.

My burger was not cooked to order (you would imagine a burger place should be able to get the meat temp right). I notified my server that the burger was way overdone, and he just said sorry and walked away. This was after I took one bite, so he could've easily offered to get me another to replace it. After that, I did not see my server again. He did not come by to refill my drink, and I ordered bottomless sweet pototo fries, which he did not come by to ask if i needed more. Terrible service. I did not see my waiter again after he delivered my food. I spoke to the manager to report the terrible service and food. Nothing was really done. I even filled out online form with Red Robin 2 months ago, and still haven't received a response. I have been to many Red Robin's which normally has excellent food, but this was terrible.
