Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Usually a great place to grab a meal. Today my son ordered a plain cheeseburger, food came his burger was topped with Lettuce, Tomato and onion. He sent it back and the same burger came out with a new roll and un-melted slice of cheese covering some of the lettuce. Always better to just remake then get a negative review. Cups were spotted horribly with water rings looking rather nasty. Did speak with the manager and they removed his meal and offered dessert 🍨.

This seemed like a good spot to grab a bite after a movie.
Friday afternoon and no crowd. Seated immediately. Our waitress stopped by quickly and with a nice smile. A beer and a large Maragarita was ordered. Both super cold and tasty.
Burger for him fried shrimp and fish for me. We were presented with a small offering of fries to chew on til entree. Well chew we did. Cold and stale. Hoped our platters fries would be better. Burger was OK. Fried shrimp ok. Fish was terrible. It was fish bites, oily with soggy breading. Not worth the price. The menu here is not anything to write home about and neither is the food.

My daughter couldn't eat her fries because they were way too many salty. This should be let for everyone to use the one the table and put it at their taste .

Red Robin is a casual American restaurant chain known for its burgers, with this location situated in Promenade Saucon Valley. It's open Monday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Friday and Saturday until 8:00 PM, and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Red Robin is always a solid choice before or after a movie. Since I hadn't been there in several years, I decided to stop in on Thursday night before heading to see Avatar.

I started with the Triple Yummm Platter, which lets you choose three different appetizers. I went with the boneless BBQ chicken bites, cheesy mozzarella twists, and the famous onion rings. While the chicken bites and mozzarella twists were nothing special, the onion rings were phenomenal, huge, perfectly fried, and served with house-made campfire mayo. In hindsight, I should have just ordered the Towering Onion Rings.

For my burger, I went with a fan favorite, the Royal Red Robin, which comes topped with a sunny-side up egg, hardwood-smoked bacon, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. It was juicy, flavorful, and absolutely hit the spot.

For my side, I went with the garlic fries. Unfortunately, they weren't crispy at all, but the bold garlic seasoning and the amazing honey mustard dipping sauce still made them enjoyable.

My friend ordered the Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich with steak fries. The sandwich was good, but the fries, heavily salted and like mine, lacked any crisp. She could have ordered another round since the fries are bottomless, but we were pressed for time.

The service was solid. We were seated immediately, and our server was friendly and attentive throughout our meal.

I wouldn't go out of my way to visit Red Robin, but if I'm heading to the movies, I'll definitely consider it as an option.

The burgers were cooked to perfection. Exactly medium rare, as it should be, and as we ordered. Amazing!

I had the jalapeño burger. It was great, but a little on the greasy side. I wouldn't recommend you ordering it if you are wearing white at the time you are eating it. I will also note that there was not a lot of parking out in front of the restaurant.

Waitress was there Right there when I bit on the stick

We went there after a long day of shopping the food was MID MY HAMBURGER HAD A PIECE OF STICK IN IT. I TOLD our WAITRESS….. I didn’t even care for another one cause I don’t trust food coming back from the kitchen, but they didn’t even take it off or she offered me a free dessert, but I never got it cause she disappeared

If you’re going to the promenades for dinner, save yourself the disappointment and go to one of the many other wonderful restaurants here. Food came out cold and dismantled and drinks came out after the appetizer. Very disappointing. Our server Diana was wonderful however and was very apologetic.
