The kids always enjoy the food and atmosphere and I think it's pretty good as well

I’ve definitely been here before. And now I realize that the reason I didn’t leave a review prior is because there are like 4 Red Robin locations around Lehigh valley and I couldn’t remember which one I’ve been to. Anyway. This is a good Red Robin location. Can’t speak in the other 3. We had a terrific server whose name started with a “M” I think. Or an “S.” It was one syllable. The food was exactly what I wanted. I almost burned my tongue on the fresh chicken wrap but that was my fault. My daughter had a milk shake for an appetizer and thus didn’t eat her real food. Also not RR’s fault. I had an ice cold beer with zero problems.

Red Robin… yummm (but like, lowercase yumm).

I rolled up here with zero expectations and somehow walked away both impressed and disappointed at the same time. Like, the food had me questioning: “Do I actually like this, or am I just hungry?”

Chicken Caesar salad? Solid. Not Michelin-star solid, but definitely “I’ve made worse decisions at 2 a.m.” solid. Steamed broccoli? Look, it’s broccoli—nobody’s writing poetry about it. French fries? Honestly… depressing. The kind of fries that look like they were hyped up all semester but failed the final exam. Milkshakes? Watery. I’ve had thicker tap water. Burgers? Overhyped. The commercials had me thinking I was about to experience burger nirvana—turns out, it’s just a burger with a marketing budget.

BUT… plot twist: the wings and the chicken Caesar wrap? Low-key pretty good. Like, “oh okay Red Robin, I see you” good. I wasn’t expecting that, and it kinda made me forgive the sad fries.

Would I come back? Yeah, if I need a quick bite and don’t feel like rolling the dice at Applebee’s. This is a place you hit when you want “decent,” not “life-changing.”

Overall verdict: Red Robin is like that one friend who’s not amazing at anything but always shows up when you need them.

Every time we order from here the order is wrong and takes significantly longer than the pickup time.

I visited this Red Robin location today and was seated promptly. Unfortunately, we waited 25 minutes without a single server stopping by our table. About 15 minutes into our wait, another group was seated just three tables away, and their server took their drink order almost immediately.

I also noticed that the menu prices here are noticeably higher compared to the Red Robin locations on Airport Road and Tilghman Street.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend this particular location at The Promenade. If you're craving a good burger in the area, I'd suggest heading to Five Guys on the other side of the Promenade Shops instead.

i visited this location last night, thursday, july 17th with my friends and we had a wonderful time! our server was awesome and the food was very yummy. what made me wanna write this review, however was the three young ladies who helped me get the prizes that got stuck and didnt want to fall through the one little arcade game. not sure of their names, but they were more than happy to help and thought they deserved a shoutout anyway!

As a single father of 2, including a 9yo boy with autism, this is our favorite place to go out and eat locally. The food is always great whether you get a burger, wrap, chicken, or even salad.

There were no staffing or over seating issues any time that we have gone. Service is always fast and friendly. Prices are a little on the higher end, but the quality of food, service, and staff being accepting of my son on the spectrum makes up for it.

The 1 time they did mess up an order, they put all the toppings on my son's burger when he requested ketchup only. The staff got him a new burger quickly, and had us just keep the one with toppings, plus added a free tower of donuts without even making any complaints.

We will gladly continue to support and dine at this establishment as long as the quality remains.
