We really did not have a good experience other than our server and the host/hostess up front. Service was great was the food was not good at all. I ordered the skinny chicken on a lettuce wrap. I could not eat the chicken, it was very rubbery. The side of mayo I ordered came very warm ( that's a bit concerning) and basically I ate warm lettuce with pickles. Just wanted to eat some plain old American Food, could have picked other restaurants at the Promenade, but did not. Also, and a big red flag- the women's restroom was horrendous. This might not have been something directly in their control, perhaps the mess I saw had just happened, but overall, just not real clean. Basics, we need good service, good food and clean, I believe that is a 33% grade.

Curbside pickup is a joke…. and this is not the first time this has happened. My pickup time was 6:50 and I didn’t get my food til almost 7:15pm. Not a sorry not nothing but “we are backed up.” I get home and food was cold…. If I wanted to wait awhile I would have ate inside, curbside is meant to be fast. Really disappointing and just irratating. I know I’m not the only one having this issue because they run out of curbside spots from everyone waiting so long.

This place is garbage. Long wait due the kitchen being “backed up” and then the food came out ice cold. Food quality on par with McDonald’s, that may even be generous.
