My Favorite Muffin

Closed. Don’t bother going. I arrived on a Tuesday at 12:30. They weren’t even open, even though it says both online and on the posted sign on their door that they’re open until 2:00. Their lights were off and you get a busy signal when you call. Reading the reviews here to see what’s going on, a lot of reviewers say they are often out of everything too. That happened to me here once before, about a year ago: shelves were empty at noon when I arrived, and so I couldn’t get anything. I would suggest being fully stocked so you can operate during your posted business hours. If you do your baking off-site, work out a way with management to be better stocked. I drove to The Happy Mixer bakery instead. They were fully stocked, provided excellent customer service, and their muffins were outstanding as always.

Great selection of muffin flavors. However, there was an extreme lack of customer service.

I used to love their bagels and cream cheese but lately they’re either out of everything, don’t give me the cream cheese I ordered, or it’s just downright gross. They open at 7 but are rarely actually open then and when they are open they’re so understaffed you would think it’s still March 2020. The last bagels I got from there were barely cooked and the last three times I’ve gone (three separate weeks) they haven’t had the cream cheese I wanted and are basically unwilling to make it. I used to be faithful every week and at this point I don’t even want to try going because they’re always disappointing. Sad because I used to love their food but I’m throwing in the towel.

They didn't have any muffins, and very few bagels. I guess they don't bake on site.

My first time here I loved it! The workers were so kind! They took the time to make my meal look perfect. It meant a lot to me. Quality over speed is rare these days. The young man was so funny and the other worker was a young mom she was so kind.

service is normally fair and i enjoy their bagels and muffins. i came this morning at 7:10am when their hours posted are 7:00am to 2:00pm, open sign flipped and everything. doors are locked. i can clearly see someone inside and they turn the lights on too while i’m outside trying to get their attention. i then try and call just to see if maybe they’re running on modified hours today and still no answer. pretty disappointed.

This place used to be amazing ! Lately it has really gone downhill. So disappointing. They’re always out of everything . Last time I got a Turkey and havarti and realized by the time I got home it had no Turkey or havarti on it ….

Great spot for a hand crafted latte and a bagel. I get my everything bagel toasted with cream cheese- Mediterranean style/loaded with veggies. The cost of bagel and latte $13. I think it a bargain

I felt like I went back in time to the 90's when there was a MFM in every mall.I had to stop and was not disappointed. I got the Mix Berry Muffin and a coffee to go. The muffin was moist and sweet with berries. The coffee was perfectly fine.The lady doing literally all the work alone was pleasant and efficient and could have used some help. It was pretty busy.

We love stopping here for mini muffins and breakfast sandwiches. Coffee is good too! Not sure why anyone would go to D&D with this delicious mom-and-pop neighborhood bakery just down the road!

Delicious specialty sandwiches on scrumptious bagels. Heavenly hot beverages as well. It’s not just a muffin shop. Nicole & Jason are a delight, too!

These sandwiches are absolutely fantastic. Bagels and ingredients are always fresh, left satisfied every time!

I have been coming to my favorite muffin for over 20 years. The current owners make delicious sandwiches.

I would not go again. Went in for two lunch sandwiches. Two in line in front of us. 6 behind us. One person working the whole place. Ordered, waited 15 min, then she took care of group behind us with a phone order that was not ready - 10 min for them. Additional worker then showed and started ours as well as multiple other orders at same time making us wait further. Finally out 30+ min later. This was same wait I had a year ago there. Covid is no longer an excuse. Hire staff to service your place or don't open.
