So I go to BK to get something to eat this morning and I had a question about if I could get a whopper for breakfast, I go inside there is two tables sitting one employee waiting for her food and a pu driver picking up food. The manager who’s filling orders in the window just ignored me at the register walking back and forth seemed like 4-5 minutes:::: you look at someone and say “I’ll be with you in a minute” doesn’t cost you anything and can buy your more time. As a former restaurant manager this is why I see a lot of restaurants fail because of the lack of urgency for lack of a better word. This behavior is showing all over the country BK sales floundering and I see why. I left and went across the street to Lincoln dinner.

What’s to like? Small web order took 30 minutes to be ready. Order was incorrect and they ran out of french fries. The place was a mess and the employees looked lost. Oh, and the burgers were cold and undercooked. An unmitigated disaster. Avoid.

The food was good. They were very short staff only 2 people working. They held everything down nicely, the drive thru and in restaurant purchases. They did great and was still so nice and friendly. 10/10 :)

This is the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. Waited over 20 minutes for my food. Everyone is just leaving without their orders since they can’t get them made in time.

I just doordash food from here and let me tell you they are worse than McDonald's. All my fries was cold and my drink was spoiled all over my food. My kids food was all messed up. I didn't get no chocolate pie and my kids did not get there chocolate chip cookies. Burger King is not the issue. It is the people they have working there. Do better!!! Stop playing on y'all phones and eating the frys and actually work and take your job seriously because people need to eat food not trash...

Burger King used to be one of my favorites as a kid, but now it’s just awful. This location is HORRIBLE! Rude staff such as Mike and others goofing off in the back, plus fries that taste TERRIBLE. This place has gone completely downhill. Never again.

As a former regular customer of the Coatesville Burger King, I can say the food is generally fresh amd the restaurant is usually clean. However a lack of sense of good Customer service is apparent we ordered and paid online. We they handed us our food they told us they were out of cheese. So no cheese on the hopper and no cheese tots. I asked the if they would comp the wopper they made and gave us without cheese. They initially said they would only give me 90 cents back for the cheese. They eventually returned the money for the wopper. Took it out of the bag and threw it in the trash, bad move from a customer service point. They could have comped the burger they threw out anyway and they would have kept a regular customer. Now we know why so many BKs have shut down in the past few years.

I am submitting this report to document ongoing misconduct by a manager at Burger King The following behaviors have occurred:
1. Trading Food for Alcohol:
The manager has been observed giving away food in exchange for alcohol brought in by others. This violates company policy and creates serious safety concerns. 2. Giving Away Free Food:
The manager has been seen giving away food to people without any record of payment or approval, which may be considered theft or abuse of company resources.
3. Verbal Abuse of Staff:
The manager regularly calls crew members “slow” and uses curse words toward staff, often in front of customers. This creates a toxic work environment and may be considered harassment or bullying. Why I’m Reporting This:
These actions make the restaurant feel unsafe, unprofessional, and stressful. I believe it is important to report this so that proper steps can be taken to protect employees, us customers, and the reputation of the business.
