I have a very very very low bar when it comes to fast food joints, and this place somehow still disappoints

This Burger King sucks. They ALWAYS get the order wrong. There was also a gnat in my soda when I took the lid off because they didn’t give me a straw. Have found hair in my food before too. Won’t be coming back to this restaurant.

Gamil gave my order perfectly and I usually get a crazy order for yall. Thank you for getting my big order right!!!

Ladies and Gentlemen, your ice cream serving size here is point blank ridiculous as shown in the picture. This was the same size they gave about a month ago and when I inquired about it, apparently the staffs there are being trained to give only 3 swirls. To me that looks like one complete swirl. Anyways I've ordered ice cream from several burger kings in the past and it always comes as advertised in the photos. Please stop stealing from your customers!! Also they are always out of something. The other day, they were out of ice cream and fries! Which burger restaurant chain runs out of fries?!! this is getting out of hand.

Needed a quick dinner. It was there.

Solid location and with consistent food. The employee “ Rain “ even walked my food to my car when I had to wait , in the rain. Very impressed by this location.

They are frequently out of menu items including the whopper. And they are almost always out of some drinks. Sometimes it takes forever for someone to take your order in the drive through. However, the staff are friendly, the inside is clean enough, and the orders are right more than 75% of the time.

If they could sort out their constant supply issues I am willing to overlook everything else. Nothing more disappointing than going to BK and you can't get a whopper.

Did not get anything. I was told I couldn't get my bacon burger value meal I have always gotten this meal in any other Burger king. When she told me only the wopper n cheese burgers came in a value meal. So I left n won't be back. I do not get it why at this 1 I cannot get what I have gotten at any other BK I've gone to.

I ordered a hamburger deluxe and got only a cheeseburger. I later realized they really call it a whopper junior, but the attendant should have asked me to make sure of what I wanted. The food was great and fresh, so I left somewhat satisfied.
