This was the worst Foxes Experience I have ever had! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE. The Wedgie was so hard it was like biting into cardboard and there was little filling in the 2 we got. For 14$ a piece it shouldn’t be empty inside….The bacon was half cooked and there were sausage pieces mixed in with what was supposed to ONLY be bacon. The cheesy breadsticks were so hard we couldn’t even bite into it. We got the cinnamon sticks as well and the icing pack was still cold in the box just thrown inside and the sticks too, were hard. Food was cold when we got there to pick it up, over cooked and customer service was very poor.

I got two medium pizzas and an order of the cinnamon breadsticks the two pizzas were good not very big at all and the breadsticks were terrible they were flat and hard as a rock.

Food handling at its worst. Delivery boy comes in and starts touching everything without washing his paws. Other employees handing food without gloves and carrying large pizza shells on forearms. Then to clean hands on the back of the pants. Yeppers. Where you sit. Then grabbing cheese and other toppings with their dirty little hands. Maybe sending employees to SAFE SERVE classes could help.

Hate to do this but we normally order sometimes up to once a week with a order that is about $50 that's with a $10 tip. They gave us the wrong wings after I told the girl 3 times cause she asked me to repeat myself. I mean I did say it fast the 1st time but geez. Then the cookie desert which was a 1st time try was so burnt you could literally smell it through the box. I was a cook for yrs & I wouldn't even give that cookie to a Possum let alone a person. I'd be ashamed & embarrassed l. I wish I could attach a photo. I've never been so more disappointed in a place besides the fact a few yrs ago we took a break & stopped ordering cause the hoagie we got to split gave us food poisoning. Me my fiance & poor kid. Now this very Disappointing & they don't give 2 sh!ts which makes it even worse. I tried to call & no one answered they have caller id. I reported the hoagie they didn't care. So I need to contact corporate or someone that is above the store itself. It's a business not a play ground or a party take it more serious. Wait till you kill someone cause you gave them the wrong thing then what, yinz probably still won't care, ashame. We have allergies here
Dietary restrictions: I repeated to the girl 3 times boneless wings 1/2 lb mild. She rang up & had them make regular wings. Which my family doesn't eat & never orders. So no they did not accommodate to our restrictions & sent us a cookie desert which we were purchasing for the 1st time burnt & black as the lettering on the delivery boxes. So once again nope
The wings are the worst wings ever, they come breaded in seasoning and taste like they were caked in salt. And I like more salt than most people but these were caked in salt. The breading makes them unedible unless you want an instant heart attack, and the hot sauce is just red hot in a container it tasted like toxic waste.

Moved back to the area after living out of state for 13 years and was hungry for their food. Got the steak wedge and it was horrible, no lettuce, very little cheese and pizza sauce, the meat was dry. I am very disappointed in the food and will never eat there again or have any of my family and friends eat from there.

We ordered from you for years. We even bragged about how you would deliver to us in West Leechburg. When ording today 12/9/23 we got a rude we don't deliver to your address, no explanation nothing just hung up. How rude is that.

I placed an order through the app. It didn’t seem to go through. I called to confirm. The girl said it added 2 pizzas. I only ordered 1 on the app with an Italian Stromboli without onions. She said she would call me back. She finally called back and confirmed my order. It just delivered and there’s onions on the Stromboli. I ordered it without onions because my pregnant wife is allergic to onions and cannot eat this. The girl that answered is making me pay for a new Stromboli whenever it wasn’t even my fault. Will not order here again.

Three of us went there over the weekend. The first thing I noticed is three kids working there, I’m sure that they were over 18, but it didn’t seem like they had a good grip on what was going on there, but they were pleasant. The problem… my wife ordered certain things on her ham and cheese wedgy none of which they put on! They also charged me for these toppings, which were never included! The food was just “OK “but honestly there are many other places with better service to order from. Nothing against these kids, but my order was not what we ordered at all.This place was the go to place growing up, but just like everything else things change. There are a lot better places to eat at for the same money in my opinion.
