I've placed the same order from the Vandergrift location for years when I have guests, and now, they're suddenly surprised I wanted it left at the door and used a BOGO coupon. Very rude man called me. I won't order from here again, but I better get my refund immediately. Guess I need a new pizza joint.

I want to gripe real quick...I absolutely LOVE Vocelli pizza but I live out in Ernest PA which is 15 minutes from shelocta and 15 minutes from Indiana...I have driven the good bit of distance just to get y'all's pizza but I can't always do it. I'd love if y'all could put one in Indiana Pa!! You'd get A LOT more business from me and I bet a lot of college students too!! PLEASE PUT ONE IN INDIANA PA!!!!

From 9:35P until now they have had the phone on a busy signal ring. Thats a first, Guess noone wants to take any orders, said they were open until 10:00P. You should put that kind of notice on the website that you will not be taking any orders past 9:30P.

Vocelli keeps making the same quality of food but at higher and higher prices. I have had missing items, and they do redeliver but not all my meal has arrived at the same time on three occasions in the past two months. The pizza is ok. Their wings are good. Steak and cheese sub is good, I get everything but green peppers (I know that is weird for the Pittsburgh area). I can no longer afford it and that is too bad because I have been a regular customer for 3 years. The prices have gone up about 3 times since January 2023, and it is now April. Over $2 price hikes on items that used to be around $8 when I first started ordering. The wings are still good but much smaller. I realize the issue with shortage of chicken due to avian flu, but they have significantly decreased in size but still have raised the prices.
