Very cool farmhouse vibe coupled with a healthy selection of wraps and sandwiches.

Bright, cozy atmosphere with a delightful staff and gloriously yummy creative comfort food and drink.

We sat and talked comfortably for a couple of hours!!

Always a good experience. The food is fresh, the service as always friendly and the wait was not a problem at all. Thank you guys!

We had breakfast here on a busy Saturday morning. We had a small problem with our order which was handled immediately. The food and service were exceptional.

We ordered the traditional classic breakfast and one of the omelette frittata dishes. The potatoes served were undone and hard. We were told, on pointing out, that we didn't ask for 'well done' potatoes. That's a bit annoying - our fault or shouldn't the waitress have asked us how we preferred the potatoes.

Came into the place it looked so nice but the service and food was terrible. They gave me my food which was cold and my gf had to wait for her waffle it was so late I had already finished my food before hers came out. Never coming back here again

The atmosphere was nice although noisy but the food and service were horrible. They brought us a diet soda with no CO2 and when we asked for another one the server said that they have run out of CO2. Then why didn’t she say so before? Then we ordered a freshly squished orange juice (it was on the menu) and she brought orange juice from a box. When we gave it back she said, yes I know it’s from a box, so again, why didn’t she say so when we ordered? The eggs Benedict were decent but the tomatoes were not ripe enough, and my salad had no vinaigrette. It was just green leaves on a plate…. The pan cakes tasted like corn starch and baking soda, thankfully they had chocolate chips and the kids didn’t complain…. Overall, it was just bad….

I love the lemon ricotta pancakes. Since we do not have a First Watch near us, I always get that.

It's a pretty good restaurant. I do recommend. They do accept Villanova bucks.

Took 25 minutes to get greeted/order taken. Asked for hard poached eggs they came out undercooked and runny both times so I didn’t eat them. Pumpkin pancake tasted like sugar not pumpkin. Manager didn’t care. Server didn’t care. Nobody cares. Can’t even get them to come get the check in a timely manner.

Decent food and service. The place does get packed, and know in advance, if you're watching your glucose, they tend to put syrup on things. Both the bacon and sandwich had a pretty good amount of it. I will say both tasted great.
