I can not recommend this chicken enough. I had been carefully plotting where I was going to eat my lunch on Monday 5/12 in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. I had heard Krispy Krunchy was good - but I didn't know it was this good. I ordered the chicken sandwich. The roll - warm, flavorful existed in perfect symbiosis with the breading on the chicken - which reminded me of my grandmother's southern fried chicken, each little twist of breading an explosion of flavor...
This is a typical gas station chicken place. The chicken is good but the hot lights can dry it out. They make it extra greasy to compensate.It didn't bad, but beware substitute bellies.
