We ate outside to little traffic and a nice breeze. Inside was a little too cold. Food was very good, but my Mahi taco was more like a roll up. I think it was a little pricey for the amount of food that was served.

I have dined at the Refectory several times over the past year and have had delicious food and great service. I have eaten lunch and dinner there but this time decided to get together with friends for Sunday brunch, at my recommendation. Such a disappointment, The waitress, although pleasant was preoccupied with others. It wasn't even that busy but one of my friends thought our waitress was also in charge of the bar. We all had some type of egg dish or omelet. The eggs were undercooked especially for an omelet even though one asked specifically that it be cooked longer. The potatoes were excessively spicy and my friends couldn't even eat them. Someone asked for some juice and the server wasn't sure they had had any. Really, no juice for breakfast, not even orange juice? The server did bring her tomato juice but it was apparently made at the bar and appeared to be a very spicy virgin Mary. Bottom line, not sure if there is a different chef for Sunday brunch other than the regular chef, but if so, they need to find someone else. While I can recommend lunch and dinner, stay away from Sunday brunch.

Our water, as always, was wonderful - even with a private party, we were never without assistance. Food was great, portions were good sized, and we had a wonderful time!

Got there when restaurant opened on a Tuesday morning. Only one other lady there at that time and she was seated in another area. Our waiter came over after 5 minutes, brought water and walked away. Finally came back and took our drink order. Another 10 minutes before he took our food order. Did not understand the slow service as he was not busy at that time. Other families came in closer to noon. Got our order / grilled chicken sandwich was good as was the salad with the lemon/dill dressing. My husband had the turkey sandwich which was good but the fries were terrible, not cooked properly and very limp. Finished eating - pushed our plates to the side and just sat waiting for waiter to return which he did not do, Finally able to flag down one of the women who got your check for us.

The service was very slow but the food was good. There was an issue with one drink thinking it was a tea but it was espresso and the waiter was not very nice about it. I did not check if was taken off bill because we were in such a rush to leave because of how long it took to get our food. We usually have a great experience here so was surprised by this.
We had a wonderful brunch at The Refectory! The place is beautifully decorated, elegant, and has a great vibe. Our server, Bre, made the experience even better, she was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and paid close attention to every detail. We were a group of four celebrating a friend’s birthday, and thanks to Bre and the warm atmosphere, we had such a great time.
The food was absolutely delicious, well-prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Service was fast, and everything came out just right. This spot is perfect for brunch, and I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

Wanted to try something new for Father's Day. Interior was lovely, right down to the silverware! Just beautiful. Brunch was good, food plated so nicely. Service, however, was just awful. Waiter was clearly not happy about something the minute he arrived to our table. No amount of courtesy from us earned any pleasant respinse back. Each interaction was ridiculously slow. 45 min to get food. For-ever just to get the check and leave. Not sure i can go back, that waiter literally ruined our meal. Felt badly as it was Father's Day. Definitely recommend providing feedback to male brunch waiter.
