This was a great place to get a steak salad and a cup of wedding soup. Too bad. It’s closed now.
This place is in such a cute little town. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. We went during a week day and it wasn't too busy... our food was hot and freshly cooked when we got it which was a plus. The restaurant is quite out dated but it's still cozy none the less. The only complaint is that the chicken for chicken sandwiches was definitely processed chicken and not freshly made. Would return again!
Wonderful food and staff very friendly.
We dined in, food was great & waitress & service were great also.
Not the usually experience. We will not return. We were served on paper plates and had the choice of only 6 entrees. It was a busy weekend in Volant but you should of been better prepared as this will certainly chaise your customer’s away. We paid 12.00 for a chicken salad served on a chinet paper plate with reheated precooked chicken ? no fries the salad was no bigger than a side salad.
Such a unique nice little place! The menu is not big but the food is great! The service was amazing, very nice people!
My wife & I were on a week's vacation in Western PA, and decided to visit Volant on a sunny Saturday in late summer. What we didn't realize was that the town was hosting its annual Witches Day/Night Out, so the traffic was heavy & the few restaurants in town all had wait times. Luckily we were directed to a temporary parking area behind the building housing the Neshannock Creek Inn, so we stopped for lunch outdoors there & were seated immediately at a table that had just opened up when we arrived. The menu has variety, the dishes were very good, and the service was friendly & attentive. All & more than we could ask for on a busy Saturday in tiny Volant, and we'd recommend them to other visitors to the town.
Went there for dinner....had perogies. They were ok. They could of put more onions on it. They had people adequately spaced apart, but the staff were wearing their masks around their necks instead of on their faces.
Quaint little restaurant. Like most restaurants has scaled back their menu a bit but still a varied menu. Service was very good.
FOR OVER 25 YEARS MY WIFE AND I NEVER HAD A BAD MEAL THERE.I WAS JUST THERE SUNDAY THE SLOPPY JOE SANDWICH EVER!!!

Absolutely the best fish sandwiches around and the fries are great also. Their food is worth the wait!
Sandwiches and salads, French fries are the best.
