Though the service and atmosphere within the store was excellent the food could be hotter. Other than that it was very tasty it was made just the way I wanted it It just needed to be hotter.

I give them three stars because there is a young gentleman that works afternoons that is absolutely attentive and quick. The manager that was working today 08/30/25 cost in each of her hands several times while I was waiting for an order, proceeded to scoop, french fries, and when I mentioned about coughing into her hands, she looked at me and went back to scooping her fries. Disgusting, if you get sick, then Burger King will be responsible for hiring such a manager that does not even follow serve safe procedures.

Food be cold and fries are hard.. the workers don't take pride in serving fresh food to there customers (community). There to busy doing tiktok or watching it.. its not worth spending all this money for this type of service and quality of food...

I put 4 for food because I find that there's barely any lettuce on sandwiches with lettuce. And it's not just this Burger King. This time it was two original chicken sandwiches to which I added bacon and tomato. There were a few small pieces of lettuce on each sandwich. Which just isn't enough for me. I love my lettuce.

I went through the drive-thru and the food was presentation was good and hot, however I wasn't offered salt, pepper, or ketchup when receiving my order and was only offered the medium size when ordering. Fortunately I know that the meal prices listed are the small size. They also had the audacity to cut the survey number off the bottom of the receipt and had no prices listed either. That was disappointing. Overall I'd probably be back since this is the first time in a while I received the correct order.
