Went through the drive through to order a coffee. I like my coffee with half and half. I ordered it and the woman had no idea what half and half was. She said, you mean 2% cream? I said no, half and half creamer, she said they don't have that. Ive ordered coffee from Dunkin many times and have never been told they don't carry half and half. She said did you want half decaf? I said no, I want regular coffee with half and half coffee creamer, just 2% coffee creamer. So I googled 2% creamer and it's not even close to the same as half and half, lots of junk added. I just drove away, maybe try hiring people that have some experience with basic coffee instructions.

There is one lady on the mic at the drive-through who is so incredibly loud. They need to either take her off the headset or make her turn it down. I have my grandson sleeping in the back. She scared him so bad with her loudness he got so scared and was crying.

This is the only Dunkin Donuts review I have ever done. This place is CONSISTENT. The majority of other Dunkin Donuts are not. The drinks always come out as you would expect. Highly recommend this location and the staff are great!
Used the app to order two s’more cold brews because they were 2/$5, price did not ring up correctly so I told the drive through employee that the app promotion was 2/$5 and was informed that their manager said it wasn’t for s’mores cold brews. Attached is the screen shot from the Dunkin app that states otherwise. I asked to leave my name and number for someone to contact me about a refund and was told “they won’t call back if I take it down and to just cal back”. I’ve spent probably close to a thousand dollars at this location with my family because we live right around corner but I will drive out of my way to visit the Whitehall location.
