I come here every single day! You have some people that are wonderful with their customer's, but you have a few Bad Apples that NEED to go!!! The Young Lady that took My order at the Drive-Thru was SOOOO RUDE!!! I asked the other Young Lady at the Window what Her Name was, She said She thinks it was Dana?! This girl that took my order over the radio, was so rude and condescending! You can tell she didn't want to be bothered with answering questions, I was asking her about certain food items! In a economy that is definitely suffering, where people aren't really spending money the way they used to, you would think that a business would prioritize their customers that are spending their money in their establishments!!! Because we don't have to give you our money! She has to be one of the Rudest Young Ladies, I have encountered in CUSTOMER SERVICE in a long time! You can tell she clearly did not want to be doing her job! These are the people that you need removed from your business immediately, because it will cost you money! I was planning on buying several items, but because of her attitude and clearly didn't want to be bothered with customer service and answering questions, I took the rest of My business to McDonald's! As my children had come to visit me today on my day off, and they had their friends with them, so I wanted to go get everyone something and we were just going to relax and watch a movie together. Everyone voted on Dunkin' Donuts, but you're terrible employee cost you the rest of my business! I just got my usual iced coffee, and Duncan bites, McDonald's got the other $64.87 that COULD have went to YOUR BUSINESS!!! Your customers should be the number one priority! Because without us YOUR CUSTOMERS, YOU DON'T HAVE A BUSINESS! Her attitude was extremely uncalled for! DO BETTER YOUNG LADY, BECAUSE THE WORLD DOESN'T OWE YOU ANYTHING, AND WITH YOUR ATTITUDE YOU'RE NOT GOING TO DO VERY WELL IN LIFE! BE RESPECTFUL AND KIND TO PEOPLE, OR DON'T EXPECT TO HAVE A COMFORTABLE LIFE!

Came in about 30 minutes before closing and as a fast food worker myself I know that is very annoying haha. The workers there were very nice and polite even though I came in very late!! Loved that they were dressed up for Halloween! :)

It's absolutely ridiculous to sit in the drive through almost 15 minutes and no one is moving so I drove the hell away! All they really have working in the evening is kids anymore there needs to be an adult manager of some sort that is working in the evenings as well! Because they also have gotten my order wrong or it wasn't any good quality when I've gotten food in the evening as well here lately. There is no excuse for why they cannot have one of the adult managers working at night, if they just don't want to work at night they need to be replaced with someone who is willing to do that! You cannot have just kids working at a restaurant like that especially in the evening when it's going to be most busy! I used to love this dunkin' donuts more than any other dunkin' donuts but now it has become the worst one anywhere around me! You need to have adults working at this place in the evening time! As I said if it's just because you have managers who don't want to work at night then they need to be replaced with managers that will just like any other business!
