Always Love coming here. 95% of the time they get the order right. Big disappointment when you tell them they messed up an order and don’t make good for it. But still love the service and staff.

I'm done with DD donuts, never again will I buy them, I'm sick and tired of buying expensive frozen STALE donuts! Are there any locations that bake in house?

Went through the drive through to order a coffee. I like my coffee with half and half. I ordered it and the woman had no idea what half and half was. She said, you mean 2% cream? I said no, half and half creamer, she said they don't have that. Ive ordered coffee from Dunkin many times and have never been told they don't carry half and half. She said did you want half decaf? I said no, I want regular coffee with half and half coffee creamer, just 2% coffee creamer. So I googled 2% creamer and it's not even close to the same as half and half, lots of junk added. I just drove away, maybe try hiring people that have some experience with basic coffee instructions.
