Ordered on the app 10 mins before I arrived. Lunch just started its not super busy. I get pulled forward. 10 mins later im still waiting for my order as im writing this. Took 25 minutes to get my order. Oh and dont bother going inside cause you'll stand there forever before anyone will acknowledge you.

Sometimes through the drive through you have to make sure you get your sauces but they are always usually on point. AND they always have more then 2 apple 🍎 pies in deck. Win win 🙂

I came through the drive through about a week ago. I ordered multiple 10 PC nugget meals, a chicken nuggets happy meal, and another 6 piece as well. A total of about 50 to 60 nuggets. I had to pull up and wait for my food which was fine. No big deal. But when the woman handed me my food, I specifically asked if my sauces were in the bag. She said yes they were. I got home and opened the bags to my surprise of not a single sauce for all these nuggets. My kids were upset so obviously that upset me. Not to mention if she didnt know for sure, why tell me they were in there then. I called and got no answer. Left a voicemail and got no call back. Terrible customer service this day.

Order was bacon egg and cheese biscuit, sausage egg and cheese muffin 2 hash browns. What I received when I got home sausage egg and cheese biscuit 2 hash browns and a sausage egg and cheese muffin used app bogo sandwich total was 13.76!! No free sandwich and none with bacon! Smh!! Just can’t ever seem to get orders right😡

The lady working tonight, 08/02 (11pm) was absolutely amazing! This was our last stop on our girl’s night out, and the lady at the window went above and beyond without reason, and she made our night out all the better :)
