I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at McDonald's. I visited with the expectation of taking advantage of their $5 meal deal that is being heavily promoted. However, when I tried to order it, I was told by the staff that their location was not participating. I asked to speak with the manager and was given the same response. What is the point of a franchise if customers don't know which locations honor certain promotions? This was frustrating and a waste of my time. Very poor customer service and lack of consistency.

Hate their burgers. Their chicken is too tough. Milk shake and French fries the only thing I would buy at McDonald's. I don't like any of the burger food joints

Employee raises voice at customer and very disrespectful.they mess my order up and shout at me also say she will spit in the food
Service a little slow but they were busy. Food came out in about 10 min and was correct so I’m happy with that.
