Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Best place for a pit stop when it's hot. Swedish fish Italian ice is the best. It wasn't busy at all. Good service. The picnic tables out front are nice and clean.

Ordered a 5-layer gelati. 7.99. I have ordered this many times from many different locations. When I received my order I asked to make sure didn't order the small accidentally. She told me this is the 5-layer. This is like half the size of what it usually is. I believe the person thinks all gelatis go in this one size container no matter the size you choose. Just look at the picture this is a 5 layer in a 4in cup. I wonder what the 4 or 3 layer one would look like...Make sure you ask to see the cup they are serving your order in beforehand, cause they are not properly trained at this location.

This is an awesome Rita's!!! The employees are very attentive and make sure that you are receiving your custard, just the way you want!!!

This Rita's is great! I swear this is the only one in the Valley that still puts bits of fruit in their water ice, and the employees offer excellent service and they're friendly. You should check it out.

Waited 20 minutes in the 97° heat with one person in front of me at the walk-up window. Kid working the walk-up window was running around like a lunatic while his co-worker at the the drive-thru window sat there and watched. Kid was great, very apologetic and handled everything well as he could. Was very upset that the elderly lady at the drive-thru window watched it happen while my 7-year-old got heat stroke.

I know the season just started and they may be training some new ppl, however we had a rude experience with a worker. didn’t appreciate attitude given when we asked about some flavors and specifically attitude given when we didn’t respond instantly about a question they asked us. hopefully as the season goes on it gets a little better customer service wise. otherwise, our treats were delicious!
