This Rita's is great! I swear this is the only one in the Valley that still puts bits of fruit in their water ice, and the employees offer excellent service and they're friendly. You should check it out.
I know the season just started and they may be training some new ppl, however we had a rude experience with a worker. didn’t appreciate attitude given when we asked about some flavors and specifically attitude given when we didn’t respond instantly about a question they asked us. hopefully as the season goes on it gets a little better customer service wise. otherwise, our treats were delicious!
Fast, friendly service. Great staff, nice place to take the kids, a few outdoor tables and benches available. The ONLY drawback to visiting the Rita's is that the parking lot is WAYYY TOO SMALL and more often than not a cluster of cars tends to accumulate from people trying to pull into ghe parking lot ut have to wait because payrons leaving and pulling out of parking spaces create blockages preventing people from being able to turn off the road and into fhe lot.
