Apparently the girl i spoke to her name is stephanie but maybe she gave me a wrong name im not sure. Let's start from the beginning. I placed an order for 3 subs toasted not one was toasted all 3 felt like they were just pulled from the fridge. Her first excuse was when sandwiches are sitting out they get cold. Second excuse is when they sit long they they put them in the fridge which it wasn't order was placed at 645pm made at 7 and picked up at 705 i got home 710 and called immediately. Last I said the rotisserie chicken was stone cold which should have been heated and she said I must have gone to a different location because they do not have rotisserie chicken they have been telling customers for hours that they didnt have it so what did did they give me? I also stated that the cheese wasn't melted she said that the only cheese that melts is shredded cheese which isn't true because my cheese is always melted. im attaching a picture of the location and time stamp because she knew she messed up but wouldn't take accountability. It sounded like the girl I spoke to when my delivery got messed up and said I couldn't get a refund for an item they no longer have available

This man helping us was probably the most rude person i’ve ever met at any establishment. He was slamming our food around, giving us attitude, and straight up threw our food off the sandwich when we asked for avocado. He didn’t have any manners and honestly ruined my visit to one of my favorite places. Food was great, however, he raised my blood pressure so much i couldn’t even fully enjoy my food. We definitely didn’t feel welcome enough to stay seated and eat. Next time we see this employee, we’re just going to leave right away. Served by: 8525 on 8/3/24 7:26p, hope this helps management.

Just awful ?! Paid over 13 dollars for 2 sandwiches earlier with a BOGO50. Minimal meat!! A slice of cheese and onion on sandwich when specifically did NOT want onion. Don't waste your money here!

My kid and I went to get a couple subs at Subway because on their website stating 20% off using promo code Trentyoff. Nothing on the website said you had to order online to use the promo code. When we went to check out the manager said it could be used that it has to be used online. I should him there was nothing stating I had to order online to use the code. Unfortunately, the code could not but used and because of stating this is the type of situation that makes me not want to order from Subway again he was able to give me 15%. She be this way. Also my kid orders the Turkey Cali Club and the avocado was not put on. Training is important. Most likely won’t be ordering from Subway for a long while.

This place has screwed my order up too many times. Once in a while, I understand, but at this point there's a 50% chance on any visit there will be something wrong with my hoagie. And usually something I paid extra for, like 50% more meat or bacon. Glad I stopped tipping. That's a really stupid function, actually. If you can give me an option to tip afterwards, or even to cancel it if they screw my order up, great. But don't ask me for a tip before I get my food.Giving 2 stars because when they do get my order right, it's good. But it's been wrong way too many times.

Stopped in to buy hoagies for my family. The person at the register was counting cookies and never looked up at us. He simply had no intention on waiting on us. We walked out and stated we’d be going to subway in Lehighton. The idiot at the counter never looked up, even as we were leaving.

This is a really good and well maintained Subway. Our online pick-up order was ready within ~15 minutes with accuracy and attention to instructions. The sandwich was really well-made with perfect amount of toppings and sauces.The staff greeted us with smile and respect. I would recommend this store to everyone!
