Augusto's offers exceptional service and delicious, top-of-the-line food. The perfect rolls with pesto, gnocchi with filet mignon, New York Strip steak, swordfish, lobster bisque, and crème brûlée are all highly recommended. The house salad is pretty special, and the roasted beet salad with pistachios and goat cheese was fantastic. The cioppino linguine, with clams, mussels, shrimp, and crab meat, was delicious, as was the rack of lamb special, served au jus, with small new potatoes and thin baby asparagus. The mushroom soup special is created at the table. Bread rolls are freshly baked, served with olive oil and purees. Augusto's is now open on Sundays and offers a warm and cozy dining experience with friendly service from the chef/owner, Augusto, and the staff. The menu is outstanding, with something for everyone. Augusto's also offers a 4 for $49.00 menu Tuesday through Thursday. Reservations can be made on RESY.com or by phone.
