Best breakfast at the best price in Warminster. The place is a little too small and frankly does not have enough seats to meet demand, but the food is so good it is worth the wait. Free coffee refills and even free toast refill !

Every once in a while, and this is very rare, you walk into a restaurant for the first time, and feel like you've been there before. Not in a déjà vu kind of way, but more like it has been a part of your life for many years. Yet it hasn't, because, as previously mentioned, it was my first time. The moment I opened the front door, there was a gentleman quickly approaching to greet me. He was very pleasant. You might even say kind. His greeting was sincere, he estimated my party's short wait time, and we shared a quick joke. When it comes to decor, there is nothing fancy about this place so don't go looking for that. What they do offer is service. The kind of service that has been missing from this industry for many years, unless you are a regular guest that is recognized by the staff. But that was not the case here, yet the way we were treated, I felt like they knew us. The server took her time, going over the specials and making recommendations, even suggesting that I hold off on ordering an additional side item until our food arrived to see if we would be able to finish it all. And based on their generous portions, we would not have been able to. The food, which came rather quickly for a full dining room, all around was delicious, with that homemade flavor that you cannot recreate in chain restaurants. The gentleman who seated us checked to make sure that we were enjoying our food. He also came back and cleared some dirty plates. I noticed him bringing supplies to the kitchen, touching tables, pretty much covering all the bases. It was clear he was the owner, and one who gives great attention and care to this place. Forget the eight other diners that you will pass and find this strip center buried treasure hole in the wall that's only open till 2 PM. You will not regret it.

The only thing better than the food here is the staff. The food is delicious and affordable, the weekly specials are always something to look forward to, and you can tell every dish is made with love. The staff is equally as amazing, they really make dining here a great experience. I’ve never experienced bad experience at Bullards. I highly highly recommend this great place

The last several breakfasts/+1 lunch that we had the portions sizes shrunk substantially.Follow-up: My wife had banana pancakes and I had the "Texas" sandwich. Both were much smaller than what we had previously.
