Worst bk in the area. Been there 3 times in the last month and they missed my order up all 3 times. Finally got tired of it this time around and called and asked for a refund. Person on the phone lied to me and told me he couldn't give me a refund unless I was there in person which isn't true because I've dealt with this before at the same location. Now I know better not to go there

So me and my girlfriend ordered our food now I work in fast food but the fact that you guys gave me flipping food poisoning is insane yall need to be shut down me and her got food poisoning from this I used to love this place but it’s really gone down and now I will never ever ever eat from a Burger King ever in my life again

Every experience is different, and you could never set your expectations too high when you go to a fast food restaurant, but yesterday when I went, I ordered a whopper Junior with cheese, whopper with cheese and a large order of onion rings. When my order was delivered to me. I got a whopper Junior value meal a whopper value meal and the total came to over $16. Although the manager corrected the mistake, the only thing that I can say is the people who work here have one job and that is to get the orders correct. I made my selections very clear when I ordered and everything came out wrong. I was the only one standing at the counter, so it wasn’t as if my order was being confused with somebody else’s order. At the end of the day I just remember that I was at Burger King not an expensive restaurant, so once again I will say it’s a Burger King. You get what you pay for.

Went in for mobile order pick up today and was missing a large order of fries when I got home. When I called the store to ask for a refund, I was told that they can only give me the item if I went back to the store or I would need to request for a refund through the app. A order of fries missing is definitely not a big deal and mistakes do happen. But the person I spoke to on the phone seemed to not care about the mistake at all and did not apologize at all. A order of large fries is $3.49 which is whatever but the fact that absolute no apology was given is very upsetting.

I normally don't leave reviews but I was surprised at how well made the food was here and how kind n polite the cashier n the rest of the crew were to me and my daughter 🤗. Will definitely b going back to this location every time I want BK👍
