The staff working here were so unprofessional - they were having conversations amongst themselves and dropping cuss words etc completely unaware of the long line of customers. The burritos i ordered were poorly assembled and leaked in the bags. I had a big order and when I asked one of the guys to label it, I was told ‘you can do it’ The food was fine I guess but the staff makes me avoid this location

Went to pick up my catering order today. Order was done on time. Staff was polite and offered to carry it to my car. Everything in the order was correct and the catering order was well worth the price!

This chipotle was so disgusting. There were dirty rags all over the service line touching the food. Very visibly dirty in there. When we walked in, the employee was eating his meal on the service line. Then while we were ordering, a customer came up and said there was no trash can in there and the employee told the guy to leave his trash on the counter (where food is served) and that they would take care of it. It was all used napkins and his half eaten food. While we were ordering there was also a girl scraping old food off the sides of the storage where the food is served and it was going all over place. So gross in there

By far the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had in regard to the service around 6pm this past Sunday. Younger female wearing AirPod Maxs while working the line needs to get an ego check learn how to behave in a professional setting. I understand that everyone has a bad day but I’ve never experienced such attitude in a place of business. She then proceeded to pretend that Chipotle does not offer free water cups and charged me $6.50 for 2 water fountain cups…then half way into my meal I literally heard one or two of the employees screaming and hollering like kindergarteners. I don’t let many things bother me, but this was such a ridiculous experience that I had to follow up with a review in case the owner does not realize what’s going on in their business.

Stood in line for about 2 minutes while the employees stood there finishing their conversation about another co worker, very awkward as they kept looking at me like I was interrupting something. The place is in shambles, napkins used cups and sauces litter the fountain drink area, coke and Coke Zero are both empty. Every single table is filthy, forks and napkins tossed everywhere. I’d understand a lot more if they were super busy and couldn’t get to it, but I was the only one in there…. Pretty sad, I love chipotle, but I’d certainly steer clear of this location.
Food was pretty good overall. I got a Carne Asada bowl with most toppings. The reason I’m leaving a review is because of Bellal though. His great attitude, mood, and customer service made my day a little better. The rest of the staff was very nice as well. I probably wouldn’t have left a review if Bellal wasn’t working though.
