Had a meal at this location today and have to say it was the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been to. The tables were gross. There was soda and food on the floor. The restrooms were disgusting. I can understand if they had been busy, and it was after a rush, but this was an early dinner, and most employees just stood around and ignored it. I hope they clean the kitchen better than the dining room.

Went around 9:40 to get food. Doors were shut and the employees were inside staring at me. Every time I come to this chipotle there are issues. They need better staff.

They never have seasoned white rice it's always plain and chunky, also the red headed manager should be fired, she's always rude. Another thing stop catering to online orders, you should cater to the customers comming in, instead. Whoever came up with that logic is horrible in customer service and should also be fired.

If it was possible to rate zero stars, I would this is not the first time that I’ve had issues ordering food through their app and when I get the food, there is little to no protein and missing ingredients. They charge you an arm and a leg but yet can’t get their portion sizes together unless you were there to watch them physically make your food.

My Son and I wore our Hockey jerseys for the NHL Playoff promo. The server was very generous with our servings of brown rice, black beans, barbocoa, mild salsa, corn, lettuce, and sour cream. The meat was a bit salty but overall fine; everything else was on point. Cashier was quick and all went well! Thanks for that BOGO promo!

I orders a bowl with rice beans chicken AND steak and veggies on an online order and it was filled I tell you NOT EVEN half way. lt took 6 bites and the bowl was empty these worker don’t know how to make portions appropriate unless it’s an in person order. Useless pathetic worker and managers

Whoever works in the last shift is needs to get retrained. The one girl gives dirty looks to anyone who comes in closer to closing. Completely understand that its late and you want to go home but the looks, ignoring you, and then the comments being made loud and on purpose was just insane.

Went in they took my husbands order and left me at the end of the order line waiting while they pointedly ignored me, many of them noticed me there ansnit was clear they were all waiting for the young woman who had just taken my husbands order to come but she put real effort into not doing that. This lasted several minutes until I told my husband to leave the food we'd find somewhere else then they offered to make my dinner. The floor was wet in front of the soda machine, too bad they didn't put out of order on the coke bc when I went to fill my cup I learned why the floor was wet as I was sprayed up my coat sleeve with carbonated water spraying straight out instead of soda into the cup. $40 and it was nearly comically aweful service.
