Placed an order at 9:00, it’s now 10:47 & no pizza!!! 😡 No phone call to update us on the order!! I called & no one picks up!! Is this anyway to run a business?? Calling corporate tomorrow!! Urg!!!
The delivery driver showed up and said we didn’t have pasta so we replaced it with garlic sticks. Driver was very nice and agreed this was ridiculous. I told him I didn’t want it and wanted a refund which they did give. They also offered me a free pasta next time. Like sorry to my 9 year old no pasta but here are some garlic knots? I called an order in at 11pm last night. I ordered the 2 pizza special. they told me 30 minutes. didnt get to my house till 12am. wen the delivery drive got to my house he only had one pizza. wen I told him I ordered 2 he proceeded to argue with me that I only ordered 1. I told him to take it back. like how u gonna charge almost $22 for 1 large pizza wen the 2pizza special comes out to be $30.
