Had to cancel my order and request a refund. The tracker is complete garbage. Pins were all over the place and said it was delivered. I called the store and they said they were aware that the tracker is messed up, but that my order was out for delivery. By that time I had been waiting about 30-35min. Fast forward to 1.5hrs after placing the order I called again. This time I was told that the driver actually “forgot” my order & that it was sitting there. That’s wild. What’s worse is that it wasn’t the first or second time this has happened. Lesson learned. I live 4min away.

I live 3 mins away , I normally do pick up which is fine but because my car is in the shop I opted for delivery. It said my driver left with my food at 5:15 and I watched the location of the driver pass my house and deliver to what looked like 3 other orders BEFORE returning back to the store passing my house AGAIN and finally getting to me over an hour later with cold food. The fact that I’m 3 mins away is crazy (but I don’t care about the time it took if my food would’ve been hot—but it wasn’t at all) I don’t see the logic there.

I typically don’t like to write any type of bad reviews, but sometimes the food comes cold or burns. It’s never consistent and sometimes the people the drivers can be a bit rude not very friendly. I won’t be ordering from them again I would definitely would not recommend.

Told me my order would be done in 10 min and when i arrived, they had just started making my pizza. When i FINALLY after 20 mins recieved my pizza, it was made all wrong. The woman asked for a tip 5 times

Placed my order at 12:48 pm with a 30-45 minute delivery expected. The app stated that at 1:03 pm my order was out of the oven and being “checked for quality”. I called the store at 2:10 PM (more than an hour after ordering) to which I was told my food was still there but there is no one to deliver my food and also said that they are servicing people order before me before. The person answered the phone was very mean to me and unprofessional. My son is waiting for his lunch since 1:30, because I expected the delivery will take anywhere from 30 -45 min, now it us 2:16 PM still they have not delivered the food. I expressed my concern about my order arriving cold, to which I was assured that my order would be delivered hot. IT WAS NOT!!! My food finally arrived at 2:20 pm COLD!!! AND, the topping are all over the place. Will NOT be ordering from here again!! Ridiculous!!

I expressed my concern about my order arriving cold, to which I was assured that my order would be delivered hot. IT WAS NOT!!! My food finally arrived at 8:53pm COLD!!! AND, missing toppings!! Will NOT be ordering from here again!! Ridiculous!!

In the last 8 months I come here like twice a month. Out of all the dominos I've been to..... The staff are so friendly and amazing. Pizza etc has always been on my point. Thanks guys😊 yall all deserve a Lil raise
