I dont usually write reveiws but for the love of everything holy please tell whoever dumped an entire bottle of cologne on themselves to go home and take a shower. The entire building was being fumigated. There was no where i could stand where my eyes were not watering and my nose burning. I almost just left with out my coffee. Like dear lord, if i wander into that again i think id rather just starve.
Came here and waited 30 mins for my food and two drinks. My food came out and the eggs were more toasted than the bacon on my wake up wraps, not to mention the other half of my order i never recieved. When i went back in to get the order the woman accused me of lying about my order and went to double check it was ordered.

Service was absolutely horrible. I go to many Dunkinās all the time I just so happened to be by this one. I ordered snackin bacon for 5 dollars and the bag wasnāt even half way full. I go into show them and they keep telling me oh well thatās 8 pieces. It looked like 2 pieces cut into 8. The manager was absolutely awful, she was maybe 18 years old and completely dismissed the situation. And the food took 15 minutes. Is this not called fast food? The workers here need to learn how to do their job because jobs donāt get much easier then this

This Dunkin is so close to my house so unfortunately Iāve experienced it quite a few times and today was my last. They constantly leave things out of the bag, talk to each other while theyāre taking your order so you have to repeat yourself FOUR times for just snackin bacon, yes four times just to say snackin bacon while theyāre laughing and chatting. They have no customer service when you get to the window which I donāt even care about if it didnāt take 20-30 minutes for an order to be ready. I literally go to Dunkin almost every day and will never go back to this one.

The food here is consistently awful. You never know what you are going to get. I would say out of the 10 times Iāve been here (any now only go for coffee out of desperation on my way to work) about 10% of the time the food is okay. If I get avocado TOAST, they give it to me either completely untoasted bread or rock hard toast. Bagels get ONE side of cream cheese .. a super thin layer you can even use to help spread on the other side on your own. The drinks here are okay, not nearly the carelessness or issues, but they still havenāt knocked that out of the ball park. It says ānew managementā on signs out front but thereās no difference.

they didn't put any tea or literally anything in my refresher it was just concentrate and water
The everything bagel bites are about 1/3 smaller than the last time I ordered them. It's sad that everything gets smaller while the prices go up and you don't care.

First off every time I go here my cold brew is a different priceā¦ Last time my cookie butter cold brew was 550 something today it was under 5ā¦ today the lady with the knapkins in her ear under the headphones didnāt hear creamā¦ the dark fella with the hat and headband gives me a coffee with no cream and I said I canāt drink thatā¦ he said the coffee doesnāt say cream and I say the lady with the knapkins in her ear must not have heard meā¦ then he gives me the worst coffee Iāve ever had

Iām not sure if they have gotten new employees but they cannot make a basic ice coffee at all. They used to make my drink perfectly no matter the day or time. Now Iāve had 2 occasions where I say cream and sugar and it looks/tastes as if they just ignore what you wanted. The coffee taste as if itās just black coffee. The color and taste makes it seem as though they put one dash of creamer and no sugar. I keep thinking maybe itās the day I go on but I think they just need to retrain altogether.

I have a great weekly experience at Dunkin'! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, greeting me with warm smiles from the moment I walked in/ or drive thru. They are always quick to take my order and even reminded me about using my rewards, which I really appreciated. The place is always spotless, with a clean and inviting atmosphere that made my visit even more enjoyable. Of course, the coffee or lattes are fantastic as always, and I loved seeing the variety of seasonal drinks on the menu. Overall, a solid experienceāIāll definitely will back!
