The food here is consistently awful. You never know what you are going to get. I would say out of the 10 times I’ve been here (any now only go for coffee out of desperation on my way to work) about 10% of the time the food is okay. If I get avocado TOAST, they give it to me either completely untoasted bread or rock hard toast. Bagels get ONE side of cream cheese .. a super thin layer you can even use to help spread on the other side on your own. The drinks here are okay, not nearly the carelessness or issues, but they still haven’t knocked that out of the ball park. It says “new management” on signs out front but there’s no difference.

The everything bagel bites are about 1/3 smaller than the last time I ordered them. It's sad that everything gets smaller while the prices go up and you don't care.

Went at 5am a little after wasn't open even though it says they open at 5 am. There was no one there place was completely dark
First off every time I go here my cold brew is a different price…
Last time my cookie butter cold brew was 550 something today it was under 5… today the lady with the knapkins in her ear under the headphones didn’t hear cream… the dark fella with the hat and headband gives me a coffee with no cream and I said I can’t drink that… he said the coffee doesn’t say cream and I say the lady with the knapkins in her ear must not have heard me… then he gives me the worst coffee I’ve ever had
I’m not sure if they have gotten new employees but they cannot make a basic ice coffee at all. They used to make my drink perfectly no matter the day or time. Now I’ve had 2 occasions where I say cream and sugar and it looks/tastes as if they just ignore what you wanted. The coffee taste as if it’s just black coffee. The color and taste makes it seem as though they put one dash of creamer and no sugar. I keep thinking maybe it’s the day I go on but I think they just need to retrain altogether.

I have a great weekly experience at Dunkin'! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, greeting me with warm smiles from the moment I walked in/ or drive thru. They are always quick to take my order and even reminded me about using my rewards, which I really appreciated. The place is always spotless, with a clean and inviting atmosphere that made my visit even more enjoyable. Of course, the coffee or lattes are fantastic as always, and I loved seeing the variety of seasonal drinks on the menu. Overall, a solid experience—I’ll definitely will back!

Horrible customer service. The manager and drive-thru employee (1st Shift) are very unprofessional, rude, and dumbfounded. Please don’t give your hard working money to this location don’t support this location. Remember without the customer you won’t have a job!

I keep saying, "This is my last time going here" because the food is consistently bad, and my coffee never tastes like what I order, but it's convenient and on my way to work. I figured this time I would just grab a donut with my coffee this time. Another mistake. Donut upside down, and the frosting is stuck all over the bag. It's not even warm outside ?

I used drive through for store 2071. I ordered a large ice coffee with almond milk, 2 pumps Carmel and 2 pumps butter pecan NO ICE. When I got to the window, the cashier said, 'it'll have a little ice.' He turned to the staff who looked perplexed by the request. It seemed to be an issue so I took the incorrect cofee. It's too cold for my liking and wasn't made properly.
I am very disappointed as I have never had an issue with any other stores. My drink is usually perfect without question.
I would like a refund.
And your hashbrowns have sat in the warmer too long! Do better
