I was the only customer in the lobby and stood at the register for five minutes without being acknowledged by any of the three employees on duty. One employee spent the time rearranging coffee pots. Considering this location is next to a train station, that level of inattention is especially frustrating. I left without being served. I couldn’t give this location money even when I tried.

Nice, clean Dunkin. Older location without a drive-up, but the staff is great with fast, accurate orders. I've place an online order a block away, and it's waiting for me!

This is THE Best dunkin in the Warminster area! Specifically talking about the quality of the donuts. I had almost given up on dunkin donuts altogether but now this is my go to. Also my husband loves their iced carmel latte!

Absolutely terrible service! Won’t be back. I decided to go in since dd is running a $2 special right now on med coffee and they managed to screw up my entire order, esp when I was currently the only order to make.My order was very simple. I ordered a med iced coffee (with app), hot choc and 2 bagels. Well the girl didn’t give me a receipt nor did she get the simplest order right. Instead she gave me a large hot coffee, hot choc and for my bagels, I got two bottoms put together and two tops put together. Never had that happen before.Then when I went to tell them at the counter, they told me well sometimes people make mistakes. I get that, but correct them. So I was overcharged & my order being completely wrong. There was no manager up front, so I couldn’t let them know either. And the cashier that rung me up, walked out of dd so quick. I never had that happen before at a dd. It was just poor service while my order was the only one at the time . They were literally standing around waiting for customers. I’ll go elsewhere from now on.
