My friend and I ate lunch here today. His entree was supposed to include "soup, salad & one vegetable." He was told he needed to choose between a soup and a salad -- couldn't have both despite what was listed on the menu. My entree came with soup. I offered him my soup, and said I would take his salad. When the bill came, I was charged $12 extra for a salad -- because I ate the salad, not my friend. By this logic, if my friend ate one of my french fries, he would be charged for an order of french fries because he did not order them. The server never told me that it would be an extra $12 for 3 small pieces of lettuce, 4 croutons and 2 peach slices (which is what I got from the salad bar). The cashier ended up reducing the upcharge to $7. Honestly, this is not about the money -- it is about the principle. We left a $10 cash tip on a $44 order. We eat out a lot, and this is the first time I have seen this situation. Needless to say, we won't be back. If you do go here, make sure that you keep an eye on your bill -- and don't take a bite of your friend's food lest you get charged extra!

To gain a great reputation in the food industry is quite difficult, but I will say that our review here couldn't be any better. Food, service, staff, friendliness, all wrapped up in the Eagle Diner. Zisi is a great host, fine service, great staff, terrific food. You simply couldn't ask for anything more in a diner. Five stars here!

Worst experience in our lives. The food was cold and when we asked for a different dinner the Manager Zisi made a big scene at the table. He refused to take the bad meal off our check. He followed us outside and spit into my husband's face and kicked him. We want to inform the police.

A decent diner with an actual salad & soup bar. I like going here because certain meals come with the salad/soup bar or you can get the salad/soup bar for a set price and pay half of your sandwich price. I usually fill up on soup and salad and end up taking my meal/sandwich home for lunch the home day. I do usually end up going almost once a week to the Eagle diner. the portion size are decent. The menu options are plentiful. The wait staff is friendly. The restaurant is clean. This diner also has great cake & pastry selections. Some meal deals include a bakery item. The salad bar has a delicious rice pudding, chocolate pudding, jello & peaches. There is sugar free jello too. And if you are looking for something pastry-like, there is a sweet cheese filled bread on the salad bar.

When this was a 24 hour spot my band would hit this pretty frequently for late night breakfasts and mac-n-cheese, post covid - I have no idea what happened the foods just different from before in allot of ways, the mini dinners I'd say are 70% of what they used to be - but there's been allot of changes on how stuffs cooked.. The soups are completely hit or miss, good thing there is usually 2-3 types available so there's a solid chance 1 of the 2 or 3 is good..
if I could make a suggestion to the owners/management - it would be to have signs insisting the salad bar patrons use tongs, spoons etc, Warminster's senior citizen community is stubborn as hell and its pretty repulsive to watch someone pickup cucumbers and lettuce with their fingers..........
new rule is sticking to breakfast and straws for everything, even coffee..

Our server, Hal, kept us waiting a long time while he chatted with another table and even got out his phone. He made fun of my wife because she asked for ice cubes in her water. He said he never heard of that. He nearly got the order wrong because he didn't pay attention. He blamed my wife for it. We both ordered the same thing how hard could it be. He finally realized we were upset so he brought out the food promptly and it was very good. The week before we had a very nice server but the food was awful. My wife ordered sunny side up eggs and the eggs looked like they went from the shell right to the table. We had trouble with food and service so that's it. We are not coming back.

A good diner. I didn't like that the soups were on the salad bar.
The salad bar is exceptional. There is a wide variety of prepared salads, as well as vegetables, fruit, breads (don't miss the cheese bread), cottage cheese, and soups. The value of the salad bar and the entrees is great. The service is excellent. The desserts look amazing.

First time here. Cashier and wait staff were very friendly. The salad bar had quite an assortment. Even had stuffed grape leaves, and were very good. Roast turkey mini-dinner was very good. We’ll be back. BTW desserts were in case by the front door. They looked delicious!
