The owner called my cousin the Hard R for no reason!! Very uncalled for and i think my family should take further action because this is unacceptable! My cousin had to do a delivery for his job and he politely and kindly asked the owner if he could move his truck and he called him the Hard R. That is very ridiculous and uncalled for smh bad business

My son was called the N word with a hard R for simply asking the owner if he could move his car so my son can do his job and make a delivery. The owner yelled at my son. Degrading him. Yelling FU. And then called him the N word and used the hard R. This man is racist.

I have been picking up at Jim’s for years now. Trying to support a local/small business. I called to order a pretzel tray and the woman on the phone was beyond rude to the point where I canceled my order and decided to order with Philly pretzel factory. They were kind and not screaming at me on the phone. Such a shame to have this type of experience especially being a long time customer. Kindness goes a long way and it’s not right to talk down to people especially customers. I hope that woman was just having a bad day and that she is doing well.

This has always been my go to for pretzels and trays they are the best. I have always defended the person that everyone complains about the way she talks to people. That being said I will not order again from them no matter how much I like them she is VERY IGNORANT< RUDE AND SURPRISED SHE IS STILL IN BUSINESS. Customer service goes a long way lady. Edit to this review: The owner just called me back and very apologetic for the customer service so I felt compelled to edit my review as that shows good customer service. Like I said they have the best pretzels around so at this point because he reached out I will order now and in the future. Thank you for the call.

The guy working the counter early Saturday morning is rude! Your big sign says 30 pretzels for $18. Got an attitude because I didn’t order ahead. I didn’t see anything on your sign that says to order ahead for 30 pretzels! Plenty of other pretzels places around that take my money with a smile.

My family and I have been picking up pretzels from Jim's for years; however, after the experience my mother went through today, we will be getting our pretzels elsewhere. The man managing the counter on 9/27 was horrendously rude and belligerent to my mother. My mother had called earlier to place an order for a pretzel tray with no answer. She decided to go to the store to see if she could purchase a large pretzel tray there. The man behind the counter spoke to my mother in a nasty and angry manner because she had not ordered ahead. There was no other customers in the store so making a pretzel tray would not have been a big deal. There were enough pretzels behind the counter to accommodate the requested order. The man behind the counter basically wanted my mother to leave the store.
After the horrendous customer service, my mother called the phone number to complain about this counter person. The woman on the line stated that she was aware of this man's behavior and basically stated that's how he is. This behavior should not be tolerated by the owners. Fire this man and my family will bring our business back to Jim's.
*Edit: As a response to management's comments, apparently customers cannot take time to place their orders if there are customers in a line behind them. Customer service does not exist at this business. Instead of accepting the fault of an employee, management decides to look at security cameras and criticize customers for taking too much time to place an order. Disappointing and pathetic management.

They got one thing to cook-pretzels, so tell me why they're raw and chewy in the middle? Also I got some three months ago and they were a lot bigger than they were this time I guess they're downsizing like everybody else

Great deal - 30 pretzels w mustard for $18 - wow. They are freshly made and taste great. They make a great treat for your doctors' or dentist's office - that's where mine ended up. Support local businesses.
