I’ve been coming here since the day they opened, and it used to be one of my favorite spots. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was really disappointing. The person at the counter seemed uninterested in being there, which set the tone right away. When I asked for nacho cheese, it was served cold and thick. I asked if there were any warm ones available, and was simply told “no.” I ended up returning it. On top of that, the pretzel itself was undercooked and tasted almost raw. It’s a shame, because this place once had the best pretzels. I'm very heartbroken to say, If I could give half a star, I would.

Apparently customer KK,We don’t need your business when you’re confusing us with another pretzel shop that closed down!when you never picked up several orders that we got stuck with and Insulting my employee! when a customer does that I do not need the business.
I treat all my customers like gold that’s why I’ve been in business since 1991,
So I don’t appreciate the rudeness review when you’re the one in the wrong.

It truly is a shame because the gentleman and young lady that work in the store are great. BUT the owner frequently answers the phone and is a total jerk!!!!! He gets the orders wrong and is so rude. It is not worth wondering if he'll get the order correct or dealing with his totally rude attitude!!!!! I bought 130 pretzels twice a month. Good riddance!!!!

I came in this morning to order 50 pretzels *which they had PLENTY* and I was greeted with attitude and rudeness because I didn’t preorder. I have went before for 50 and even have called and was told I don’t need to preorder for 50. Obviously the employees are not all on the same page about this issue. I have never been to an establishment where I am trying to support them and give them money and they try to turn away my business. They also didn’t even have ones to give me change or quarters so they were trying to give me $3 in dimes . Unfortunately due to that they received a 3 dollar tip for absolute trash service.

rude and racist establishment, called my cousin the hard R for no reason at all !!! Do not go !!!

The owner called my cousin the Hard R for no reason!! Very uncalled for and i think my family should take further action because this is unacceptable! My cousin had to do a delivery for his job and he politely and kindly asked the owner if he could move his truck and he called him the Hard R. That is very ridiculous and uncalled for smh bad business

My son was called the N word with a hard R for simply asking the owner if he could move his car so my son can do his job and make a delivery. The owner yelled at my son. Degrading him. Yelling FU. And then called him the N word and used the hard R. This man is racist.

As I’m sure you can tell, the staff leave much to be desired in the way of customer service. I’ve never been berated over pretzels the way I have by staff here, go out of your way to Philly pretzel factory

I have been picking up at Jim’s for years now. Trying to support a local/small business. I called to order a pretzel tray and the woman on the phone was beyond rude to the point where I canceled my order and decided to order with Philly pretzel factory. They were kind and not screaming at me on the phone. Such a shame to have this type of experience especially being a long time customer. Kindness goes a long way and it’s not right to talk down to people especially customers. I hope that woman was just having a bad day and that she is doing well.
