Apparently customer KK,We don’t need your business when you’re confusing us with another pretzel shop that closed down!when you never picked up several orders that we got stuck with and Insulting my employee! when a customer does that I do not need the business.
I treat all my customers like gold that’s why I’ve been in business since 1991,
So I don’t appreciate the rudeness review when you’re the one in the wrong.

This has always been my go to for pretzels and trays they are the best. I have always defended the person that everyone complains about the way she talks to people. That being said I will not order again from them no matter how much I like them she is VERY IGNORANT< RUDE AND SURPRISED SHE IS STILL IN BUSINESS. Customer service goes a long way lady. Great deal - 30 pretzels w mustard for $18 - wow. They are freshly made and taste great. They make a great treat for your doctors' or dentist's office - that's where mine ended up. Support local businesses.
