I don't understand why YOU NEED to put ice when I'm asking for no ice. Then tell me it's orders from HQ but other mr wish locations aren't required to put ice for the exact same order. Disorganized and confusing.

We normally get the black tiger tea for my boys and I get the 3Q . Their Mr wish waffles always come out fresh and HOT! So be careful in biting into it too fast.

Came in at 1020am for a boba tea- could I suggest maybe making sure all of your products are ready for when the store opens? To be told it would be 11am before I could get an order in is very disappointing, I’ll take my money elsewhere.
